Nail Art — Attraction in Santa Rosa

I've been going here for years. Nick has always been extremely good. Past 2 months he messed uo my nails. Today he cut my nails super short after I told him I did NOT want them short short. He cut my pinky, and i said it's too short, please do not get my other nails that short. He did NOT listen to me and cut ALL my nails short! Once he finished uo with the powder acrylic he was filing my nails with the nail file and kept scrapping my nails. I pulled my nails 4 times, and told him that hurt, he grabbed my hand said let me finish. I finally pulled back, he asked for another customer to come over and he moved his stuff and started working with the other customer. I asked if he was going to finish my nails and fix HIS mistake, he said your fingers are NOT bleeding and that you need to just let me finish my job! I said excuse me? He refused to fix anything! I got up and walked out. I have NEVER been treated like this... he didn't care if he hurt me! My friend who was with me asked why he couldn't do acrylics, he said only 1 a day, just...

I paid $100 for Gel Pedicure and Full set. Also left $10 tip… They were nice enough but there was a woman waiting 1 hour for her appointment. Because of this, my nail tech was rushing and only did one coat of color on my acrylics. It’s completely see through, there are even parts that are unpainted! It shows quite a bit when in the sun or outside. The red tips are crooked and look ugly tbh… if she did the tips correctly the rating would be different. My feet have red nail polish on the skin and we’re done way too quickly!

I called and asked them to fix it but they said they couldn’t until 5:00PM I am seeing family for the Holidays which is why I got it done yesterday!

I have been going here for the past 6 month and was pretty happy with the quality and price of my gelx nails. Recently I had my 13 and 17 year old go there to get gelx done for school. They fell off the following day. I told Nick about it and he accused my girls of taking them off themselves, which I know they didn’t. They liked their nails. We went in to get them put back on and he kept accusing them of lying and that they had to have removed them. VERY unprofessional.
