Port of Subs — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Port of Subs has been my jam for over 30 years, I live really close by it and have watched it change ownerships over the years. The folks there now are awesome, they are kind, the food is really good and they do it right in front of you so you know it's fresh. And everything is clean and the place, while small, is welcoming and chill. If I had just one complaint, it would be that they go a little light with the meat... which the previous owner long ago did the opposite of. Called in to order. The woman that answered had a problem getting my order correct. There seemed to be a language barrier and I asked her to speak with someone else. She said no I had to talk to her. Never did get the order. She hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again. Terrible customer service. I drove to port of subs and asked to talk to manager. She said she was the manager and the owner. I told her she treats her customers terrible. She did not want to serve me. I gladly left. I’ve been in there many times and never encountered this person. I came in to order and wanted to use the restroom first. They told me it was for customers only. I told them I can buy something but I guess they thought I couldn’t pay for anything? I then used the restroom and when I came out I felt offended and I was no longer interested in buying anything when I came to get food for me and my kids. When I walked out they tried to call after me like I was stealing. Very rude and I won’t be coming back.
