We tried this new place last night since it's close to our home and we love Mexican food but unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience.
We tried calling our order in a few times but received no answer. No big deal, they just opened and are probably busy. My husband went in to order in person and came home with the food in about 20mins. Unfortunately, we came to realize that both burritos were wrong. Both had the wrong meat and my husband's had sour cream, which isn't a typical ingredient in the super burrito according to the menu. We realize there is a chance they gave us the wrong order, but didn't have time to go back to fix it. We just decided to just go with what we had. The food was good, not the best I've had, but good.
The biggest issue is when I checked my bank account today. They over charged us by $10. We have the receipt with the total amount and it definitely does not match what was charged. I am not sure what happened there but now we have to go in and try to get a refund.
I don't like complaining about places, especially ones that just opened. We all know bad days happen and new places have to work out some kinks, but over charging...
Read moreMy go-to place for Mexican food never disappoints. I always order the Carne en su Jugo — it’s tangy, rich, and so flavorful it makes my mouth water before I even take the first bite. I also love the Camarones a la Diabla, which has just the right amount of spice — enough to wake up your taste buds without burning your mouth. And don’t forget about the quesabirrias: they’re cheesy, juicy, and packed with meat, the kind of dish that fills you up fast and leaves you completely satisfied. Since I’m a big fan of shrimp, I always go for the camarones a la crema too — they’re creamy, taste amazing, and pair perfectly with a side of rice and beans. Not to mention, the chef and owner is amazing — he’s so friendly and always has a smile. If you’re looking for bold flavors, great service, and a place that feels welcoming, this spot is definitely worth...
Read moreWent on opening day for lunch but found out the kitchen was opening later in the day. But was ushered in to enjoy free cake and other pastries and snacks. Thought it was odd but realized it was to be able to meet the owners and the head chef. This was a nice touch as everyone was very nice and friendly. Went back for dinner and the chef remembered me and thanked me for coming back. Order 3 burritos and an order of the fire wings. Burritos were big and flavorful. Fire wings lived up to the name. Great place and have been back a few times and has not...
