I had the pleasure of working with Bayron recently at the Youth Camp & Retreat Center I help manage in Occidental, where him and his team installed a 70v Line Array system in our roughly 7,000 sq. ft. main lodge. Bayron is an incredibly punctual and professional individual. He was able to coordinate and execute the project within our rather narrow timeframe perfectly. The system took its maiden voyage the day after it was completed by a keynote speaker to a group of 350 people. This is a group we host every year and historically it was incredibly challenging to clearly hear their keynote speakers due to the nature of our main lodge. The system Bayron and his team installed blew them away, total clarity. On one of the days with this group we were experiencing an issue with two of the speakers, no fault of his team or himself, and Bayron made the drive out to solve the issue late in the evening after he had put in well past a full day of work on another project in San Francisco. In regards to the planning and construction processes, Bayron provided different options to accommodate our budget and was fully transparent with what we gain and lose at different tiers. As a non-profit a sound system like this is a major investment for our facility and I expressed the importance that this system was modular and expandable to meet any future needs or requirements for repair. I felt that these factors were met above and beyond. The installation went very smoothly and his team accommodated all our requests. Any changes Bayron needed to make he cleared with me prior to proceeding. I would have no doubt recommending Bayron and Tech4U to anybody looking to elevate their space in the audio, video, or automation field and I hope I have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

Two remodels had left the Cat 5, Cat 5E, and Cat 6 wiring in a friend's house a complete mystery. They had tried to patch together a solution by eventual putting 11 Eeros of varying vintages and Eero beacons all over their house--but it was causing network interference and slowing down responsive. I called Bayron and he set up an appointment three days later. I told him about the A/V Closet chaos--and how there appeared to RJ45 jacks for internet service in locations all over the house that weren't being used. He used phone calls and texts 4 times to warn me that traffic was delaying his arrival in Napa--then went to work. He diligently traced lost wires to their destinations; he puzzled out cobbled together unlabeled wire bird nests made worse by two remodels into a form of logic---and did it all professionally and with a smile. He diagnosed a slow hardwired connection (limited to 100 GB) by figuring out that the in the wall wiring must have been only Cat 5 and pointed out the only way to fix that would be to dig up the lawn to a distant building and put in new wire. Some mysteries we never did solve but that was on work done during the previous remodeling job, not on Bayron. I was glad to have Bayron/Tech4U on the job--and look forward to having him help me again. (This is a repost of my review on Thumbtack; he deserves it!) (Photos of the birds nest he was wrestling with attached)

This is such a wonderful company, Bayron is amazing! His professionalism, communication, promptness and expertise was fantastic. He set up the sound + projection at our school movie night and everything worked perfectly. It was such a hit, and we are so thankful! We will be using him every year for this event, and probably more! Thank you ◡̈

Byron and his team are the absolute best. They installed speakers in two of our homes and from their recommendations to the actual install - It was all phenomenal.

Our home installation went so well, we had his team do the audio visual at our wedding and it was perfect. He ensured all of the toasts, officiants etc. microphones were always clear and easy to hear the speaker which we really appreciated. But his true gift is in the visuals. He provided the most rad LED dance floor that turned our formal Wedding into the best after party/night club vibes. Byron came onsite w us to truly understand the space, listen to what we want and then provide rwcommendatiojs from there. He knows how to make any brides dream a reality and he has some really, really cool tech-y things that I have never seen before and did not go unnoticed by all our wedding guests.

Cannot recommend enough for any...
