Tldr: overpriced, poor quality control, forgot to bring something that was payed for and charged me anyway and a rude manager to boot. For starters the pizza was mediocre for the price. We ordered the godfather with extra mushrooms and ricotta and payed 40 for it. When the pizza finally arrived they forgot to bring the sides of ranch and marinara that we requested, on top of that when we opened up the box the pizza had almost no mushrooms. There was at most 2 whole mushrooms chopped and thrown haphazardly on the pizza. Which wouldn't of been that big of a deal as long as they were willing to rectify the problem. Mistakes happen, maybe someone new made the pizza. I call in to let them know, and the manager rudely insists that the pizza was perfect and that I don't deserve to have the price of the mushrooms knocked off the bill but agrees to do it anyway. Low and behold when the charge clears on my credit card not only did they charge me for the ranch that was never delivered they charged me full price for the pizza as well. I would never eat here again and it's unfortunate that this is the best late night pizza Santa Rosa has to offer.

My mom and I went to NY Pie for lunch today. We got an 18" cheese ($24.99) and a small Caesar salad ($8). Pizza was great! Very garlicky. Really tasty - next time I'll get it a little crispier, but we were both very happy. We took half our pizza to go for tomorrow! (The photos I took make the pizza look like it's gigantic 🤣) I got a side of housemade ranch ($1.50) which was A M A Z I N G and is now my other favorite ranch in the region next to the ranch at Psychic Pie in Sebastopol. Super creamy, light touch of dill – thumbs up. Caesar salad was OK. I like a little more zing in my dressing but the lettuce was fresh and crisp. It came with garlic parm croutons that were a bit soft, but had amazing flavor. Service was WONDERFUL and the restaurant was clean as a whistle. Love the modern NY vibe theming, including the subway, Penn Station and sports jerseys. There is also a bar with craft beer and TVs to watch sportsball. My mom was born in Brooklyn and I was raised eating NY style pizza and I can't believe it took me so long to come here! Both of us gave it a thumbs up.

Wow! What a great pizza shop in Santa Rosa. The 125th Street pie was uber tasty and had all the meat that a carnivore like me loves- Pepperoni, Smoked Ham, Italian Sausage, and Salami. Fantastic! I also had a slice of the Times Square / 42nd ST pie that was a great combination of Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Hot Italian Sausage, Ricotta and the best part, Mike's Hot Honey. Extremely welcoming and attentive folks from the moment I walked in make it a no brainer that I'll return when in the area. They have about 20 beers on tap, seltzers, wine, wings, and garlic and sweet knots also. NY Pie is a spot that it seems has a regular following of happy customers. And I see why!

Good pizza, poor service and somewhat pricey. I won't go back.

Had two negative back-to-back experiences here a few weeks ago. Late on a weekend night (11pm) I just wanted a slice of pizza and was told by the cashier (noone was in line) that I had to sit down at a table and wait for the waitress to take my order. She was only one person doing bar tending, taking orders, and bussing. Not her fault but it was really understaffed and service suffered. All in all took almost 30 minutes to order, get slice, eat slice, and pay. It wasn't even that busy.

Later that same weekend we ordered some pizzas to pick up. I specifically asked if gluten free dough was available and ordered 2 pizzas, one GF. When I arrived to pick the pizzas up they charged me for both. After I waited a while they told me that they had not made the GF pizza because they had run out of dough and asked me what I wanted them to do. The 'manager' came out, didn't make eye contact, didn't say anything to me and credited the non-existent GF pizza back to me. I was stunned - took pizza and drove home. Later we called in to complain again to manager that it had not been handled well and he offered 25% of our next pizza. There will not be another.

Worst part is they confirmed my phone # when ordering but didn't think to call me when they didn't have the ingredients?! Either a major fluke or this place is...

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. The worst service I've ever had. Been there twice within the past year. Thought I'd give it another try this past Friday night to see if it has improved service wise. It's only gotten worse. Went there months ago & they forgot to give my salad with my order. Friday night my self & my neighbor went. The pizza was cold. They didn't give us any straws or silverware. I had to get up 3 times & ask for things. My, neighbor orders wings. They sat up on the food line for atleast 10. I had to get up & ask for them. They were like warm. The kid at the counter insisted they were steaming hot. No, they were steaming hot for the 10 minutes they sat up on the food line. My work will not tolerate this kinda poor service. I food run 2 days a week at my job & I'm also a bartender. My work would not tolerate this kinda poor service. We, served a 100 plates in 3 hrs Thursday night & everyone was happy not 1 complaint. And, that bartender of yours is a creep. He was talking about feeling up some girl in the restaurant & bragging to some customers about how he couldn't get in trouble because he was off the clock. You, guys need to clean house &...
