Read moreThe beach area is fully back open since the last hurricane. The “new” bathrooms and shower area is fine and open. Everything is different now. The girls have been moved to the side area and most of the picnic tables as well. There are still a few tables by the main water area where they used to be. So many trees are gone so that’s very weird. The nature trails are open but have some debris in the way. Nothing to bad. But it’s been cleaned very well. The parking lot can get to capacity on the weekends this time of year so it’s good to get there early. And this weekend at least they had a couple police and security at the entrance making things go smoothly! Just wish there was more...

There was a playground for the kids, the restrooms were actually clean, and the water was beautiful.
