Boston Indoor Activities Part 2🤩 Ultimate Trampoline Park Roundup!

We got an annual pass last year, so we go somewhat regularly and lately there's always been something disappointing that happens. Today, my kids and their friends wanted to play in the tramp wall area but were told they could only use the tramps on their back, which is really hard for a 9yo unless they are gymnasts. I've been doing gymnastics for over 30 years and I'm a mechanical engineer and a 50lb kid on their feet is not going to do more damage than a 200lb adult on their back. But anyway, they decided to play in the foam pit in that area but before they could even start, some bigger kids came up, were also denied the tramps, and then asked to play dodge ball. The staff immediately closed the area despite my kids just asking them to open it and opened dodgeball instead. They asked the staff over and over to reopen the area and they were told they would open it again after dodgeball. When dodgeball finished, they opened the obstacle course instead and still refused to open the tramp wall area. I attached a Pic of my kid crying in a corner because the staff was so mean and unfair.

This Sky Zone in Everett was quite disappointing. The price is $28 per child plus socks so each child was a total of $31.00. The place is understaffed in the summer because according to staff they don't have as many customers coming in as they prefer to be outdoors. This meant that since they had only 3 staff members on the floor, half of the activities were closed at any given time. The manager suggested I let them know if we wanted to do an activity and he would get a staff member to that area. Unfortunately, that was not reasonable as the staff members were already supervising other areas and would not be able to leave that space while people were there. Aside from that, the place looks worn and nothing new has been added since our visit a couple of years ago. The staff was nice and as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances. I would not recommend anyone waste their money on this place. It is way too pricey and doe not deliver.

A Mediocre Experience at the Trampoline Park - Your money is better spent elsewhere

Rating: ⭐⭐

I recently visited this trampoline park with high hopes of bouncing my way to fun and excitement with my kids. However, my experience left much to be desired due to the filthy, overpriced, and understaffed conditions.

Let's start with the cleanliness issue. The trampoline surfaces were far from clean, with noticeable dirt and grime in various corners. It was a disappointing sight, especially considering the importance of hygiene in such an environment. It felt like the staff hadn't made any effort to maintain a clean and inviting space.

Next, the pricing left a bitter taste in my mouth. The entrance fee was exorbitant for what the park offered. I expected a wide range of activities, but I was met with a limited selection that didn't justify the high cost. It's disheartening when you're paying a premium and not getting your money's worth.

The lack of staff was also evident throughout my visit. It seemed like there weren't enough employees to manage the park efficiently. This led to longer wait times for assistance and a general sense of disorganization. It's crucial for a trampoline park to have an adequate number of staff members available to ensure safety and enhance the overall experience.

While my overall experience was disappointing, I must acknowledge that there were some positives. The trampolines themselves were in good condition and provided a decent bouncing experience. Additionally, the park had a few engaging activities that added a touch of enjoyment to an otherwise lackluster visit.

In conclusion, my time at this trampoline park was marked by subpar conditions. The uncleanliness, high prices, and shortage of staff definitely took away from what could have been a more enjoyable outing. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for...

If I could give zero stars I would. There is absolutely nothing nice to say about this facility. I planned a whole trip from the South Shore for a group of 10 friends to go to this Skyzone. 10 customers who were spending hundreds of dollars at this establishment, with the potential to bring others and likely return ourselves. I bought the tickets on Groupon, thinking I would save some friends a little money. I have, in the past, not always read the fine print and had things fall through due to my own irresponsibility. SOOO this time, I read everything possible to know that this trip would be a success. Needless to say, we traveled all that way only to get to the check-in and be told that because it was a Friday "Glow Night", we were not able to use those Groupons. I asked the employee to show me where it says that we were not able to use those Groupons that night. The employee however could not so he got his manager. The manager also could not point it out. They simply stated it was in the fine print. When I asked him to show me, he said the portion that says, "Walk ins only" stated that we could not use it. The actual Groupon title was "Six 90-Minute Open Jump Passes: Valid Any Day." They said that it was Groupon's fault that the information wasn't on the coupon (which doesn't make sense because Groupon gets their information from the company). The manager had absolutely zero customer service skills and simply said that it was "Glow Night" and we weren't able to use the coupons. We would have to either use the Groupon and pay essentially double the cost for the extra "Glow Night" essentials or contact Groupon and get my money back. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I CONTRIBUTE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. So, I simply took the group of 10 elsewhere and certainly got my money back. I will never give money to this establishment who simply cannot own up to their mistakes and honor...

I am revisiting Skyzone for the first time in 4 years. I remember getting a membership for my son who loves jumping. He was jumping in the foam pit area when a couple of teenage boys and a grown man entered the area. The staff person was young and not paying attention or managing jumpers. The man nearly jumped on my son. I pulled him and alerted management about the supervision. We moved to a different area of the park. Passing by a half hour later I watched as a 3 year old girl was narrowly missed by the same adult jumper. There was no parent watching her and the staff person in charge (same kid) was talking to his friends and not managing or watching the area. I abruptly pulled my son off a nearby trampoline and left. He was in tears. I returned last year for first time and things seemed better run. I am here today, now 4 years later and it is the same story at the foam pit. It is being supervised by an inexperienced, unfocused staff and all ages are jumping at the same time. I love trampolines, but they are treacherous if not used, supervised, or managed properly. Is it going to take tragic accident for Skyzone to realize how important it is to to manage jumper safety. In my opinion 3 and 4 year olds should not even be in that area and never should ages be mixed. This place is a disaster waiting to happen. ‐------------------ Just a postscript as I prepare to leave. I just checked out many of the other reviews and management responses. Management cites signs on walls, following rules of American Pediatric Society, and staff reviewing rules with guests. Staff do not review rules here at all nor enforce the ones on the walls. I have been to other jumping parks and was a YMCA director for many year. I have never seen a poorer managed place than this. Fellow parents,...
