I ordered a large pizza and a calamari appetizer for pick up. I was told that it would take a half hour. Got there in 10 minutes. Calamari came out a few minutes later. It was another 40 minutes for the pizza (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5)! The hostess apologized several times. When I got home, the calamari was cold, as could be expected, but the pizza was still warm. Regina Pizza is known for cooking their pizzas well done, so if you don't like it that way, make sure to tell them. Other than the cold calamari, the food was good. The pizza was big enough to serve as supper that night and lunch for the next couple of days for me and my wife. The place has dine in service and there were a lot of people there, but it was by no means full. There was a brisk take out business. Parking was easy enough.

CHECK your pizzas BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Got a large mushroom, onion & pepper for guests that I had over, and the pizza was all SOGGY, like the dough wasn't even cooked in the center. Onion & pepper were cut up in huge chunks, which made it worse! Could not even pick up the slices to eat OR serve. Also, a small mushroom which was pretty dry. Who's cooking these? Was a huge disappointment, to say the least! Especially for guests. Not to mention the time it took for the order to be prepared that was called in! They said 40 min but it was over one hour. Same thing just happened on a pizza with extra cheese! It was so mushy and gross looking. You can judge for yourself. Wet🤢 There are times its good, but this is unacceptable for a $23 cheese pizza. Update: been there a couple more times since these bad pizzas. Regina is probably my favorite pizza so I didn't give up! It's been so perfect, cooked perfectly and delicious! Also, they upgraded their grated cheese. I don't know what cheese they had before, but it wad literally like the consistency of baby powder🤣

While I would love to rate the food however the service is unbearable when it comes to food safety. I know we are clear of the pandemic but there is a certain piece of mind that customers can have when the safety shield sticker that keep boxes closed is placed on the pizza box. Today mine was not and I will not be ordering from this Regina’s anymore. My UBER driver even stated he was not comfortable with the box being open his entire drive but did his best to keep it closed. This is so unacceptable. What’s the problem with placing stickers on????? I can’t consume the pizza now since it has aired out in someone’s vehicle…This location is a POS!!!! If you want Regina’s go to the original in Boston where they care about the quality and the service. This never happens when I order from the original location.
