My 2 stars is solely based upon the kind of service response I faced after having an issue with a food item. Now I get it everyone has a distinctive taste and often here and there there will be ups and downs in taste and presentation; and most of the times we just let it slide just for the fact that there could be other beautiful dishes that this restaurant provides. Probably that was my reason to go back to this restaurant and was willing to do so until yesterday when I called upon about a food item ( Naan) that I had an issue with. We all know what a ‘Naan’ is, and how it looks like. Soft, Spongy and delightful to your taste bud once it’s dipped in any sauce; but that was not the case with the naan I received. To my horror it was crispy to a point where it almost looked frozen in time, edges were thick, hard and no way it seemed and looked like a naan. Please note that at this point I had an issue with deep fried chicken wings ( mostly ordered) with my last order and it was a complete failure( dry to the bone), but as I mentioned, A chance. This time I decided not to let it slide and call because I paid for it and expected a little bit better than I got. As I am trying to explain the lady manager over the phone about the issue I had, she explains me back forcibly that it’s how ‘Naan’ is supposed to look like. I tried to explain her that it’s not my first time eating a Naan but she probably was not in a mood to take any ‘No’ for an answer. I finally decided to throw it all in a trash and my theory of giving chances as well. Only if she would have had this much of decency to be apologetic of such an experience I faced and thought to bring it up to the right professionals; I would have considered to say ‘ OK- it happens’. My suggestion for the lady would be— we patrons decide to choose your place over others and pay for your food no matter how small or big the amount is and expect a quality out of it, whether it’s about food or the way you communicate with your clients. Now you tell me if you don’t have both what choice are you giving me? To come back. Thank you. Oh yeah one more thing. I checked all the reviews and I see only good reviews are being responded back nicely. There is no decent effort in understanding and answering back to clients who have issues with any. This I expect such would be the case...
Read moreI’ve lost count of the number of times I have visited this amazing food joint. We have introduced so many of our friends to this place, and it’s always our go to for nice Indian Chinese with a zest of Nepali flavors that serve 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
Their menu is elaborate, you’ll get appetizers, entrees, momos, biryani, rice dishes, thali, Nepali cuisine and much more. Their drinks menu is also really good 👍🏼 they have some Indian beers, and make banger cocktails 🍹
Our usual go-to dishes is their veg fried rice (they make it in ghee 😋) which just enhances the flavors so much 🔥 we love it, we always request them to make it spicy and it tastes amazing.
Our favorite is their road style C momos 🥟🥟 they are deep fried momos, stir fried in their signature spicy 🌶️ sauce with some vegetables. We absolutely love them.
We have also tried their kothay momos, 🥟jhol momos, paneer tikka momos, 🥟deep fried momos and their sadheko momos 🥟which is also fiery and taste delicious. 🤤
Their Kathmandu noodles chow mein is another banger. So delicious flavorful and filling, we always order it and they never disappoint.
Another hit is their chili potatoes 🥔 they are delish, perfectly spiced and tastes really good with fried rice or noodles.🍝
The portion sizes are filling for 2-3 people depending on the number of dishes you order and your appetite.
We have also tried their tres leches dessert 🍮 and it is one of the best tres leches I’ve tried. Loved it!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and another thing I love about this place is their music. They play different genres from old Hindi classics to Nepali rock, and the music makes the ambience all the more beautiful.
If you are near Everett, do visit this place. You will definitely keep coming back to...
Read moreOkay so we saw the four and a half star rating and we're from out of town so that's why we came here. 4 * on venue it's cute on corner small local Bostonian place just the kind of local place we looking for 2* on service She was nice but she could barely understand English. I asked three times for barbecue wings and they gave me hot and spicy. They were so blistering hot I couldnt eat them. I didn't want to send them back because I didn't want to be that guy. But they were unedible (so 🔥 ) and I actually like spicy stuff And then acted like I didn't order bbq. But eventually brought plain wings. With ketchup that they swore was BBQ sauce. But it looked and tasted like ordinary ketchup. (Go figure) But originally both things we ordered She was out of . So I said just get our drinks and come back. 3 times She kept standing there asking what we wanted to order and I said I don't know you don't have what we wanted just get our drinks 😞 what a mess. 2* on food. Our second choice for food My wife ordered chicken chow mein It was so spicy she couldn't eat it. The chicken was rubber dry strips . I ate her noodles but it burned my mouth. It didn't even say it was spicy.. she ate my plane wings. I mean we did the best we could trying not to be trouble makers. So we just ordered another drink to forget our dining experience. And left. Sorry Boston This is not the place to go unless you are from Nepal and used to this type of services and...
