Spent the night in the car with my 13 yr old granddaughter!!! The continuous police presence told me just how “good” this place is!!
Want to give a HUGE shout out to the Hotels in America site and Hotel Abri for allowing 2 females from the East Coast to have this amazing experience…. Said no female EVER!!! 😡🤬🤬
I have disputed your ridiculous charges of roughly $128.00 since I didn’t stay at the hotel in the first place!! If services weren’t rendered then payment should not be taken.
After Hotel Abri attempted to tack on an additional 40.00 Urban Fee AND an additional 65.00 Valet Charge … for the additional 105.00, I could’ve spent it in a hotel without a view of countless homeless people and constant traffic!!
Hotels in America:
The advertised price is what should be charged, or else it’s fraud. See the payment section on the pic from you that clearly states that is the price!! Fictitious “Urban Fees” and “Valet Charges” were not disclosed by you or I would have NEVER made any reservations (obviously).
You have continued to harass me by email only to tell me that it’s MY responsibility to get a document from Hotel Abri stating I’m due a refund!! For the last time, Hotel Abri is deliberately avoiding my calls and is a minus 1 ⭐️ hotel in my opinion! How a 3 ⭐️ or 4 ⭐️ hotel (it fluctuates when you look online) has a problem refunding me when they NEVER PROVIDED ME LODGING is beyond pathetic!!
To Hotel Abri:
The next time you tell an outrageous lie about a “potential customer”, please don’t! I have provided proof that I was there and not a “no show” as you referred to me. I’m currently waiting for the camera footage from my rental as additional proof that I was there not once but twice!
Something needs to be done about regulating websites and protecting consumers against these types of fraudulent practices!! For now, spread the word about this please- the more people are aware of this the less they can get away...
Read morePros: Spectacular spot for amazing views of the Golden gate bridge and the bay, they have restrooms open 24 hours. Cons: Not cared for in the slightest! Incredibly dirty, garbage everywhere, entire place inside and out thoroughly covered in graffiti, bathrooms are disgusting, broken toilets, broken stalls and fixtures, plants outside are untrimmed, dried up and dieing or incredibly overgrown, full of weeds and ugly, trash cans over flowing and overall does not look or feel safe. This is an overly embarrassing display to all people, visiting or leaving, who stop here, as to the current condition in which this city is taken care of....
Read moreIt was a pleasure to see the bridge from here. Great views of the bridge and of City skyline across the bay. Friendly happy vibe, vendors cooking hot food, plenty of space to park if youre there early. Can walk onto the bridge from there onto the city view side (dress warmly it can be windy and cold on the bridge). The only fly in the ointment is warnings about it being a hot spot for potential smash and grab theft of anything in your car. We didn’t see any trouble while there and there were lots of people around but there are signs to be careful and locals in San Fran warned us not to be out of...
