Slacker Hill — Local services in Sausalito

The trail from the Vista point to slacker Hill was moderately intensive and we loved the hike. Specially near the slacker ridge, about 1 mile from the start, the wind gets intense and could literally blow you off. But a few meters ahead, the trail ascends to a beautiful view. Loved the hike and would come back again.

Mind it, this trail is less travelled, so u can trudge at a decent pace and reach the top in about 45-50 mins, watch out for the steep ascends ... Hydrate and take...

The views from Slackers' Hill are the best. To the south, you see the GG bridge and the city on the other side of the bay. To the north, you can see the hills and the mountains, including Mount Tamalpais in the distance. You can either park at the Slackers Hill trail head for a short but moderately steep hike, or you better yet, at Battery Spencer for a longer walk but much, much better view you'll along the way, in addition to the views from the...

Slacker Hill has one of the best views of the Golden Gate Bridge, especially during sunrise or on a clear day. The short hike is worth it, and it’s less crowded than other spots, so it feels peaceful. But the restrooms near the trail are in really bad shape—dirty and not taken care of.
