WreckIt Rage Room — Attraction in Savage

We were very excited to go to this rage room as we had a family member who was sick. That family member ended up passing away the day that we had a reservation, so I called to reschedule as we now could not make it for obvious reasons. I did not ask for any money back, but simply to move it to another day. They wanted us to pay another $115 to reschedule (50% of the original booking). There was no compassion and the gal we spoke to was very rude to us.

There were multiple openings still open for that evening so we didn't think rescheduling would be an issue since we didn't book during a busy time.

We will not be giving any more money to this company or recommend it to anyone. The customer service was awful when we were going through a very emotional time. A little compassion and empathy would have gone a long ways in this situation. We would have appreciated them working with us even a little bit vs shutting us down and just restating their policies...

Awesome Family Fun at WreckIt Rage Room!

We took our oldest to WreckIt for his birthday, and it ended up being a hit with the whole family. This place is great for all ages, young and old. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and the setup was well-organized.

We got to choose from a variety of porcelain items and quirky knickknacks to destroy, along with a room full of furniture and random objects just begging to be smashed. Hearing the glass shatter was very therapeutic! definitely a unique way to let off steam!

If you’re looking for a fun, safe, and satisfying way to blow off steam or celebrate something a little differently — WreckIt is 100% worth it. Break some sh*# and feel better.

One cool thing to note: they accept donations. So if you’ve got any furniture or breakables collecting dust, they might be able to use them. They also have some great promotions going on, so it’s worth checking out...

We arrived 10min late due to bad roads, filled out our waivers, waited for 5 min for employee and was told we only had 5 min. Did not allow us to reschedule to a time 30 minutes later which was available. Called the owner an she said there was nothing she would do, and that we should have been on time. They said it wasnt fair to other customers, there was one other group at the location and available time slots. Very unprofessional and weren't willing to work with us. I get that you need to make an appointment but to take $120 of my money and than just say sorry your out of luck isn't ok. Will not recommend this business to anyone in the future just for the fact that employees and owner are more worried about making money than customer satisfaction tells you all you need to know about them. Gee Decker owner of this establishment does not care about...
