My 9-year-old has been attending the Burnsville location for nearly a year now. We live in Burnsville so the commute is short. We have a year-membership which includes unlimited open gym, so we're here at least twice a week (sometimes more frequently depending on weather).
My daughter takes a weekly class (non-competition) and has developed SO MUCH over the past several months. She started out not being able to accomplish many of the obstacles but now she can do all of the basics and has found ways to continue to stretch herself. The coaches tailor the weekly classes to keep things from becoming stagnant. There's always a new obstacle or variation and it's never boring for dull!
We've noticed some turnover in staff due to school and temporary/seasonal positions so sometimes we'll get a "greener" coach on a certain week but this is to be expected over different seasons.
All in all we love Conquer Ninja! The price is reasonable and they offer sibling discounts and full-year discounts which can make the cost even more appealing. I'm hoping more of my kids will want to join here as well so we can make Conquer Ninja our "one stop shop" for...
Read moreHorrible experience at burnsville location. Was there for the 12pm open gym on 8/22. The only gentleman working was looking at his phone the entire time instead of looking at what was going on. When my son asked for help, the one time he was out if the matt to show another kid obstacles he could do for his height size, he ignored him and walked back to the desk and went back to his phone. Later another mom told him my son needed help getting a ring back on the wooden peg, cause he fell from the obstacle that was high for him. The guy from the desk said just climb up the step. He did get up finally, but didnt help my son with the obstacle. We left early, and came to rosemount to see if we could finish our last 30 minutes at that location. Rosemount was clean, updated, and friendly! No one was on the phones, engaging with the kids and when they were not, they were still watching. We will return to Rosemount location, but...

We’ve been coming to Conquer Burnsville for over two years, and when I originally left my 1-star review, it was because the energy, engagement, and coaching had completely dropped after a staff change. Previously, under Jon and Eric, classes were structured, engaging, and helped kids improve. But for a while, coaching became passive, and kids were spending more time standing around than actually moving.
Now, I’m happy to update this review because things have improved. The new coaches are engaged, kids are getting more reps, more exercise, and most importantly—having more fun. This is what we wanted all along. The reason we kept coming back was because we knew how good this program could be. It looks like things are back on track.
If you’re looking for a place where your kids can move, learn, and be coached properly, things are looking much better here again. I appreciate the effort made to turn...
