Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Savage

7 yrs later I try this place again. In drivethru trying to order, and noise was so loud in background I couldn't hear or be heard. Background noise was VERY clear. Heated argument between two young people. Sounded like it was going violent.....was about to ask if I should call police to get things settled down! Good grief! It was very awkward when I drove to window to place my order. This is a food service, and to be so careless and thoughtless to why these people working are there...I don't understand their behavior was allowed. When I got to window noise was gone and looking inside window..looked like 2 kids acting very sheepishly... That behavior allowed in front of a customer facing company should be fired. The food was great! But the atmosphere I heard made me lose my appetite. This is the worst place. The staff talk and fool around with each other too much and screwup orders or just forget about them. The manager never looks at you when you attempt to let her know you didn't get your food and you've been there 30 minutes. And they DON'T FILL ORDERS in order...

Never before have I been so filled with life after visiting a fan food restaurant.

My very being feels at ease just looking at their beautiful eclipse shaped sign, which reminds me of the smooth creamy cones, and thicc sweet blizzards which cure all stress and depression from the very depths of my soul.

I work seemingly endless hours just so I can scrap up enough money to drive towards my local Dairy Queen and get myself as many of their delicious desserts as I can afford. I just can't get enough of them, and the very thought of them keeps me going throughout the day.

Overall, their dilly bars are truly lifesavers, and their cakes are the only thing one can consider when planning for a birthday party, no, a party of any kind, or really, just any occasion at all. Don't get me even started on their warm, seemingly professionally made food

So in conclusion I give this little slice of heaven 5/5 stars, and would give more if I could, but alas, it seems no rating could possibly show just how astounding this...

I am very disappointed, I don't usually say negative things about bad experiences but there was a lot with my recent visit that was unfortunate. I had ordered a cake and it was confirmed with me that it would have writing on it and when I went to pick it up there was nothing written on it no problem she just brought it in the back and wrote on it for me which was great. I was also coming home from work so I decided to get something to eat for dinner and I did ask for my receipt however it didn't have a breakdown of everything I was charged for and I feel like I might have been overcharged and also I ordered a regular hamburger and fries disregarding the boy that checked me out and how he was a little standoffish and rude because I took my card out too early but also they gave me the wrong sandwich they accidentally gave me I'm guessing the flamethrower burger and it's too spicy and I can't even eat it so it sucks that it was rude service and I was charged for a hamburger that I'm just going...
