Jabrae was very rude, I asked him could I go back and get a pack of meat, when I came back he was already checking me out, then he asked me a question, I didn't understand what he said so he asked if I rung up the asparagus and said speak up because I didn't understand what you said then he rolled his eyes and said something and I tolded him that he need to change his attitude! No customer service points for them out of that entire store no manager was there to speak with me! Smh, customer service, integrity and character is very important in the retail industry! There was a rat!! Yes, a rat by the dry dogās food section. Is a good thing I rarely shop here. I asked one of the ladies to please go with me because I am terrified of Rodents, and asked her if they have a pests control company. Her reply was no. Yes, I still had to buy the cheap, sealed, emergency dog food. It happens when I procrastinate to buy it on time, online.
Costumer service could be better, the produce's price and quality is okay. I go just to buy peanuts. The employees are wearing masks now, not the proper way though, even the manager had her mask below the nose. I try not to shop here often even though is close to where I live in Midtown, instead I drive to Publix where the service is bad as well but at least they show me respect and consideration by wearing their mask...

I purchased over $110 worth of meat and vegetables. When I got home, I proceeded to prepare dinner and when I opened the pack of turkey wings, the smell was horrendous.! I returned it. That was a week ago so today I opened another pack of meat to prepare dinner and it smells bad! I once again called the store and spoke with the manager and explain the situation. What I wanted was to return all the meat that I purchased because of the fear of having more bad meat! He refused to refund my money. At this point, I will be reporting that store and that manager to the FTC and Georgia Attorney Generalās office come first thing Tuesday after the memorial holiday!
