Colleagues & Lovers — Restaurant in Savannah

I came from out of town to celebrate my birthday. My husband is a mixologist and restaurateur and he found this spot and likes the looks of the drink menu. They also had something for me to eat since I’m a vegetarian. It was really nice inside and pretty relaxing. The music stopped for the last hour we were there and it was 10 on a Saturday. It can be loud because there isn’t anything to absorb sound. Aside from that the service was fantastic. The team worked well together and easily prepared complex cocktails for a full bar. We asked for recommendations on the cocktails and each time were given great advice (although I’m pretty sure you can’t go wrong) I had the ravioli which was excellent. The sauce was well flavored and seasoned and the pasta was very fresh. My husband had the veggie sandwich and it was incredible! We were checked on often and made to feel welcome which can be rare these days. This was a very special meal for me. The cocktails were all creative and well balanced. They were also beautifully decorated! The prices in the menu was a few bucks off for a few things but I didn’t say anything because it was worth it. My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at Colleagues & Lovers this past Sunday! Despite being incredibly busy, the service was exceptional. The staff made us feel lwereso welcome, attending to us promptly and with such a friendly attitude. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish we tried was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The wine list was impressive, with great options to complement the meal.
