AMAZING!!!!! My nephew and I had drinks and split the French bread pizza and 10 wet lemon pepper wings on Tuesday night. Best we’ve ever had. The wings were crispy and the house ranch sauce was EVERYTHING. The pizza wasn’t that hard French bread you got for lunch in middle school either. It was soft but not soggy. Naturally, we had to stop by with the rest of the family to end our vacation on Wednesday morning. I had the shrimp and grits and my nephew had the oxtails. The grits were PERFECT!!! Thick and creamy but not runny. The micro greens were an excellent touch. The crab lumps were a pleasant surprise. This is NOT a dish you eat and take a long ride. This is an eat and take a nap type of deal. I did not try the oxtail because I looked over and my nephew’s bowl was EMPTY. So I’m guessing it was divine. I also got the Big Bird chicken sandwich to go and let me tell ya, it was STILL GOOD two hours into our drive home! The service was great. We got there early and got to speak with Chef Courtney who also shared with us some of the locally sourced ingredients used for the dishes. They didn’t have coffee but our server went to the cafe and got my mom the best cup of coffee she’d ever had. That’s above and beyond service. Definitely someplace I will be frequenting whenever I’m...

We go here sporadically bc uts close by and a good place to just kinda chill and have a few beers with locals. Last night we got there about 915 and they were already closing. Putting chairs on tables etc.. one guy came in and asked how long they are open and bartender said "about an hour or more idk" according to Google the hours are till 12? If thats not right that needs to be updated. They asked us if we wanted 1 more at about 10 we said sure.. by 1015 the bar stools around us were literally ON THE BAR and floors being cleaned under our feet. We work in the hospitality industry we get it,we get shutting down early if business is slow but when you make the business slow that's another thing. if they aren't open till midnight fix the hours on the website closing 2 hrs early is alot. Also don't spray bleach around ppls drinks.. you lost probably about 5 customers in 30 mins bc ppl definitely felt awkward. We saw customers walking in and walked back out bc they assumed they were closed bc they also shut the lights out as we were sitting there. The 2 that were working the bar just kept complaining how much they didn't want to be there. I attached a photo that was...

I was interrupted earlier completing my review. I'm replying to the defensive reply sent by the business regarding the review sent yesterday on 4/21/25. The review was more than fair and if you would have read more closely, the complaint was that the receipt we were given suggested tipping on the total amount, which included the tax and credit card fee! We completely understand about having to pass on credit card fees to the customers but certainly should not be expected to tip on that amount, and in this case, the tax too! It was closer to $40 total before the taxes and fees. You need to fix that because many customers look to that as a guide for tipping. We don't have the original itemized receipt that breaks that down because that was left for the restaurant. As for the service, no one checked on us until we were almost finished eating even though we were the only ones sitting at a table in the entire place. Reviews are meant for businesses to improve when there are mistakes. The food was good and this issue should be...
