H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery — Attraction in Schertz

I just want to appreciate The Curbside Staff, they have all been very pleasant, smile on their face, quick to start a small convo to see how my day is, or plans for the holidays, as they load my trunk up My orders are complete, swift with my order. Today a young guy quickly loaded my order, and yet took the time to start a brief pleasant holiday convo. Would love the option in the App, to give compliment reviews for individuals after pick up. Excellent Customer Service isn't just about Goods, and Quick Service, it's also taking a brief moment to have a verbal interaction and allow the customer and the working staff to exchange appreciation for each other. Please share my compliments to the young man, for being such a great HEB employee, and such a sweet individual he is. I LOVE CURBSIDE! It's very convenient to have your groceries brought to your car, especially after working all day. The only negative is you have to be very specific when ordering produce about what you want or you need to go inside and select them yourself. For example, for one if my early orders I asked for 6 Roma tomatoes. Every one of them had black spots. Now I include in the notes for them to make sure none have black spots. It might seem obvious I wouldn't want black spots, but some of the shoppers are young and probably haven't shopped much (or at all) for groceries before getting this job and don't know to...

It simply works. Not longer just a convenience, Curbside is a necessity. Which is why it is such a crucial tool against the spread of Covid-19. Of course, the heroic HEB Partners and their extra efforts are probably why it works so well. Also of course, there have been substitutions, and some items have been unavailable, but these are just the usual snafus, and happen even when I have gone to the store in person. All in all, I have to say I am pleasantly surprised how well Curbside Pickup works every time we use it, because I certainly resisted using it....
