Thank you so much to Karen and Frank at the Schertz AT&T store. We came in last night about 20 minutes before closing and Karen stopped to hear about our negative 2 hour experience at another AT&T store which had happened just before we walked into the Schertz. We purchased 3 iPhone 11s from the other store and that store just told us to go home and make the phone to phone transfer which my husband and I really didn’t know how to do. Karen did the iPhone 11 for my one daughter and taught my husband how to do the other ones at home which made my husband and I more comfortable with the process. We also purchased 3 screen covers and 3 clear otter boxes. Karen took the time to Carefully and beautifully put on the screen covers on all 3 phones. She also helped me to look at my bill to see how I could save money. At the other store they said they couldn’t talk to me about my bill and that I needed to call the 1-800 number to get help. She enrolled us in automated billing and that saved us something like 10% on each line which was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. Frank was busy closing the store and still managed to participate In the conversation on how we could save money and he was very supportive of Karen staying late to help. God bless Karen and Frank. Read moreAs a result of moving, closing an old account, establishing an account for wireless service and one for TV, then trying to combine them, I got double charged for TV service by the AT&T billing department. My attempts to resolve it over the phone by calling a toll free number did not result in success. So I went to the local AT&T store in Schertz and was assisted by Blake and Frank. They both reviewed my bills. Blake made two phone calls to the billing department for me, and both he and Frank were able to explain the issue to the billing department. The billing department employee detected the error and approved a refund. With that approval, Blake and Frank were able to initate the refund for me. If it hadn't been for Blake and Frank's persistence and patience, I would not have had the positive result I had. Blake also initiated an incident request regarding a refund I had coming on my cancelled account. These gentlemen were very professional and did an outstanding job. Long story short, I switched home internet and cellular service through them because of a promised bundle. They told me I would be getting a bundle discount, auto pay discount and employer discount since i work with one of their preffered employers. My bill was supposed to me $112 a month after all the discounts so I said why not let's switch. Low and behold my first bill was $300. I called customer service to explain and gave them my quote and they said too bad, they cannot honor that quote or the discounts! Yes I am aware of the activation fees but even after that my monthly bill would have been $160 when they quoted me and signed me up for $112 a month! Stay away from AT&T! I was lucky enough to get a better deal through spectrum for way more and the promised price of $109 a month! Worst experience as a customer with AT&T. They...
