Battle Axe Rocks – But Noodle is the Real MVP! If you haven’t been to Battle Axe, what are you even doing with your life? This place is the ultimate spot to let loose, channel your inner Viking, and (safely) hurl sharp objects without getting arrested. But let’s be real—while the axes are cool, the real reason I keep coming back is NOODLE. Noodle isn’t just an employee; Noodle is a legend. A warrior of customer service. A blacksmith of good vibes. A sultan of sharp things and a connoisseur of controlled chaos. Every time I walk in, Noodle takes care of me like I’m royalty—making sure my throws are on point, my spirits are high, and that I don’t accidentally impale myself or anyone else (which, let’s be honest, is an underrated skill). From expert-level axe-throwing tips to comedic gold that should honestly come with a two-drink minimum, Noodle makes every visit 10/10, highly recommend, will definitely be back again. So, if you’re thinking of going to Battle Axe, don’t walk—run (preferably with both hands visible for safety reasons) and ask for Noodle. You won’t regret it. P.S. Noodle, if you ever leave Battle Axe, just know I will track you down and throw axes in protest. But like… safely and legally.

This was our first time trying this hamburger with our work family. Very fun and competitive environment which made for great fun! London was the perfect coach even through the multiple broken axes we did. Patrons note: this is a beer and wine only establishment. Besides, you don’t want to mix hard liquor with throwing axes any way. Food: food is not on site and is brought in by other local restaurants. Advice, order as soon as you arrive because it may take upwards of 45-1hr to receive. For this alone, I would give the batl 4 stars, but food delivery is out of their hand once the order is placed.

We decided to try axe throwing for the first time with a few friends and we're so glad we did. Our coach, Haley, was amazing-she made us feel comfortable right away, and her tips and pointers were a game-changer for all of us beginners. She had us hitting targets in no time! Beyond the great coaching, the entire environment was inviting and chill. Everyone we met was kind, and the service was absolutely stellar. We all had a blast and can't wait to go back. If you're looking for a fun and unique activity, you have to try this place! 🪓

We had an absolutely incredible experience at BATL Scottsdale, thanks to the amazing team—Nor, Haley, and Micky! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and excited for the night ahead.

Nor set the tone with a warm greeting and made sure everything ran smoothly. Haley brought so much energy and fun to the experience, giving great tips and cheering us on with every throw. And Micky was fantastic—patient, encouraging, and full of expert advice that helped everyone improve (and even land some bullseyes!).

Their friendly personalities and passion for what they do made the night unforgettable. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned pro, they create an atmosphere that’s both safe and ridiculously fun.

If you’re looking for a unique night out in Scottsdale, I can’t recommend BATL enough—and if you get Nor, Haley, and Micky as your hosts, you’re in for a...

Last night was my first BATL experience, and amazing would be an understatement! It was my birthday and this hot blonde iv been persuing for over a decade recommended trying out axe throwing as our first date. Boy was it invigorating, the lady and I had such a great time. Our coach Ryan was absolutely fantastic. Ryan is a professional axe throwing competitor, so it was great having him show us how to throw and a bunch of his very impressive trick shots! I’m bettin my bottom dollar that Ryan will be the axe throwing champion of the world soon ! I came to BATL a boy and left a man. Would recommend 10/10 for anyone trying to get in touch with their primal instincts ! Thank you to Ryan and everyone at BATL for a great night! We...
