Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Scottsdale

I called and placed an order ahead of time because i also wanted the Italian cheeses bread and knew there would be a wait if i ordered there hence the call in. Over the phone they said it would be 10 minutes for the bread. I got there about 15 minutes after to give them enough time. When I walked in the place was packed with people waiting even though the whole idea of the company is to just walk in and pick up a hot n ready. They only had 1 person working the register. When I went up to pay they read back my order as a large Pizza and regular breadsticks. I said that is incorrect I ordered the Italian cheese bread and now it will be another 10 minutes so here it's been over 45 minutes from the time of order and I'm still waiting against the wall. This is such poor service. I also then asked to purchase sauce which you would think because of the mix up they would offer it for free. So then after I pay the guy tells me that because of the inconvenience he would maybe throw in some more bread. If I wanted more bread I would have ordered it. Maybe a free sauce could have made up for it. I will never come to this location ever again! I also never got a receipt nor was it offered to me. I'm still standing here and ready to just walk out. Now the place is down to about 3 customers in here and I'm still waiting, even about 10 people came in after me and they've already left with their food! They just came up to me after the store is almost empty and offered me free crazy bread?! I don't need more bread, I had to ask if they would give me the Italian bread for free. I have hungry kids at home. They then handed me my Pizza just now and said thank you sorry about that then and I asked where my cheesy bread and they grabbed the regular breadsticks. I said the whole reason I'm waiting is for the cheese bread I was told would be ready in 10 minutes and it's been 24 minutes. They had forgot to put in in! They said they will give me the food and my money back. And I'm still waiting! I ordered the food over the phone at 654pm , it's now 755pm?! It's now been 1 hour since I've been waiting for 1 order of cheese bread and my hot n ready which is probably cold n ready...worst establishment...

I arrived here at 1045pm. The store closes at 11pm. Either way if the store is open and you advertise pizza then please sell it. So I went in and ordered some pizza with this high school girl and she asked the guy manager in the back if they still had pizzas. Well he got upset and gave me attitude because I ordered the 6 dollar advertised pizza. That's what the store is known for!! Even my daughter says pizza pizza. Apparently they didn't have any made and got upset when I ordered my 2 pizzas. I don't understand if you sell pizza and advertise for something don't be .ad when people come in to order it. We get hungry too. Hello thats why you make and sell the pizza. PS I was not rude the whole time. There was a guy who came in 5 min before closing and they said "hurry up and lock the door so no one else comes in". How is this service? You are advertised you're open til 11. Not 1045. Then the girl ended up cleaning the floor while my pizzas cooked. She went to grab them from the over and didn't even wash her hands. She then had the audacity to get mad at the manager kid when I was like umm hello she didn't wash her hands and she is about to touch my pizza. If I wanted to lick the floor and the eat pizza I would. But alas I don't like hair and dirt in my pizza or my teeth so please make sure you take the proper precautions you are supposed working there and wash your hands. I would prefer you wear gloves but washing will do. If you don't like your job and|or you can't do it properly then...

I visit this store regularly and have never had a problem but wow was my experience on April 7, 2018 tremendous. To begin the man on the phone could barely hear my boyfriend because of the "connection". We read back the order twice ( Two peperoni pizzas, one with light sauce and one with heavy sauce plus some additional snacks) to the man and he said he got it. We got to the store and read the lady at the register our order ( same as one we told the man....... obviously) and she said it was correct. Keep in mind this woman wasn't making eye contact and wasn't being attentive at all. We paid for our food and left, once we got home we noticed we got a cheese and pepperoni instead of our order which two employees at this location said was correct. I began to call and got disrespect right of the bat. The man who answered was the manager which surprised me because I am a manager as well and would never treat a customer the way I was treated. He kept insisting I was wrong, speaking over me, yelling into the phone, and at what point hung up. I never wanted anything but to tell this store a mistake they made and I was bashed and made to feel horrible. This man does not deserve to be working there. If somebody could get into contact with me I would be very appreciative, this wasn't a big deal to me until I was disrespected by somebody with a manager title....
