I don't like giving bad reviews but, in a lot cases its need. This my first online post master school I attached. Let start by saying their recruitment is very strong in the beginning with all the calling snd follow up. But sadly to say after your first class, your importants at a student drops down to almost zone. I must change advisor like every few months, I don't know who I even have now. Because you get this dry email saying your advisor has changed. That's ok what not ok that I can go the hold two months 8 weeks with hearing anything from anyone. No follow up on classes by email, and to get a live phone call forget it. It would nice to get these things since my last this semester is start off bad, by they change the hold portal and content for get the information for the class and put in the assignment they are use a kind of hyper outlooks, and thats cool. Would been nice to know that a month or few,weeks out. And not the day of class. The professors for my course give me a F because I didn't do a kind of research paper, but the the long into class I couldn't even find my professor name or contact information. To ask about the course. A F is pretty stong for not give any flexibility. Just because the professor didn't have their detail outline on the new portal. It was just bad, when try reach out to two people for help. I got a the short email saying neither one of them could help me and was pass it on to someone elso Mary Patterson. The email had cold written all over it after I pour out my hear on it open up about my disability with school and the last 10 of my class time I been working in the field for my government work trying to do two things at once. If know this school would be so dry or cold. I so would gone to another online school like Penn State, or Papperdine University, Cambridge University, Oxford, all these school have online course and masters to doctoral programs even John Hopkins has one. So its so many options out here in 2017. If be a online school try standout in some way. Good customer service would be nice. But since are paying for these course and take out loans for your future. STAY FAR AWAY RUN FROM THIS MONEY TRAP. I originally worked with David Gray after being transferred from someone named Roland who was nice. After getting all my info to enrolled me that's when you see the twin personality of NCU. They are nice and pleasant while they are enrolling you. Then when they think you're going to start that's where the lies come out and pleasantries fade. I was assured that my employer tuition discount would be applied. After submitting paycheck stubs and confirming I only wanted to take enough to cover my classes. Well mysteriously a week before I'm supposed to start my discount is removed. I was informed to reach out to my my enrollment specialist David and whoa did I get reminded to pay attention to the reviews. He became rude and stated well I can cancel your application. Well I never asked for that I simply asked for you to find out what else I can provide. My HR department and Abenity confirmed they have a discount with your university. Well he refused to help and dumped me off to someone's vm because I need to speak to Academics and Finance surprise surprise. I call back in tears because in the 10+ years I've never had anyone talk to me in that capacity in a school environment to get someone in that department who says no you need to speak back to David's team. I am then transferred to another person who is just as bad as David who refused to give me his manager's information on a recorded line. It was then and there I decided to not attend NCU. This school is way too expensive to be ran this way. I heard things about National University when I worked for GCU and UOPX and I should is listened. Don't waste your time or money go someone else. I didn't want to keep spending money at Liberty learning of its current and sordid past but I'll go back and pay less than half of what I'll pay at this unprofessional...

I have recently enrolled after graduating from ITT Technical institute. There are not many schools that take credits from them and that’s why they are closed down. I was in the last class to graduate in 2016. NCU promised me a chrome book laptop for class if just aced the first course. Well guess what , after failing one major grade and taking my first course twice in Computer Science Project Managment a field that I have been in for 20 years I finally decided to change my major to education. I past my first class in Education with focus on Coaching and ask about my laptop and they start to making excuses about a $400 . Mind you I decided to take out a grad plus loan of $13,000 and I did. Let me tell you what they do. They see the extra loan that you take out to get caught up in life or purchases things you need like a computer etc and they zap your funding by falling you on purpose so that you can not move forward and they take your funding and can’t give you an accurate statement on the fees that they zapp where most local schools don’t change you for class retakes. This school charges you thousands of dollars and now I see all the class actions after I have taken 3 credits. I’m thinking about transferring to West Governors University which is much less expensive and I know NCU is going to hit me with thousands of dollars of fees. They say anything to get you in and they take your loans and suck them up to where you can not afford to finish. I’m going to the Better Business Burea and Board of Education as out they practices ASAP.
