AGAVE Southwest Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Scottsdale

This place was very disappointing. The staff seemed unorganized and unsure of what to do. There were only a few customers, yet it still took a long time for anyone to take our order. We eventually decided to leave, and one of the bartenders actually yelled at us, saying, “We are ready to take your order.” I came here to enjoy my resort pass, not to be shouted at or treated poorly. There was clearly a lack of communication among the staff, and the customer service overall was terrible. We won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this place....

We usually do not eat at Hotel Restaurants. They almost always serve simple food at a high price. There were not many people at this restaurant and I was sceptical. Oh wow was I proven wrong! Enjoyed a couple meals and drinks over multiple visits. The menu has options for most tastes but isn't overly expansive. The food itself was well seasoned and cooked to order.
