Absolutely breathtaking views from the David Wenzel Tree House-literally and figuratively. As we were admiring the forest, I spotted something dangling in the breeze... and I kid you not, it was a Betty Boop (at least I believe it to be) swinging like she was on a mission from dora.. at least that's what my five year old boy said. Between the spectacular 150-foot height, the peaceful trails, this park is the place to go for surprises. 10/10 would come back-if only to see if Betty's still hanging in there! 🩷

Beautiful look out spot. It's all ramps to get there so dog friendly and wheelchair accessible. Perfect during fall when leaves are changing. You can see the gorge through the trees.

Highly recommend this stop. Great walking paths. Great views. Ample parking. It can be slippery in the winter, bring hiking shoes.
