The best park in the area to bring the family to play games in the grass or take them to the slides and play toys and kids stuff and I was able to see someone playing cricket for the first time ever in real life and it was a family with a toddler and a grandma and grandpa it was the best sight and I highly recommend this park as it was so nice to see all the people enjoying it and it’s busy as is everything in that area and the parking is atrocious watch out! A good climbing structure (with slides), swings (!), a sandbox for the wee ones, and a boat and signature whale tale sculpture for creative fantasy (or free climbing). A public bathroom as well, well maintained. A little grass to play on as well, but also next to a large play field for bigger games. One of my kids' favorite parks in West Seattle...

The only problem is, it's so close to Alki Beach that when the crowds start to get restless and belligerent in the summer, it can spill over.
