This is a very laid back place. I enjoyed my time here. They have sittings both inside and outside the restaurant, we just casually seated ourselves outside, the inside was a bit loud. The service was great, very friendly and casually dressed host and servers but they were super nice, you can tell it is a locally owned place. They brought us tortilla chips and salsa for the table, on the menu I think it said it was free but they did charge us $2 for it, or I must have misunderstood. It is a fully equipped Mexican place but the most awesome part is that they have vegan options for most of their dishes and it will definitely not wreck your bank, very reasonably priced. I ordered their house Margarita and Fish Burrito with a side of Shrimp Taco. I wasn't blown away by the Burrito, there wasn't much Fish inside but it tasted good enough, I ordered the small size which was a dollar less but it was more than enough for me, their serving sizes are quite large. I wasn't too happy with their house Margarita especially since they are known for it and I was really looking forward to it. It was a bit salty and I didn't think it had enough tequila, but it wasn't bad, about average. The Taco however was really wonderful, deliciously spicy, I wish I had ordered that as a whole meal rather than a side. I included a few pictures of the bathroom because I thought it looked awesome, really on theme with the rest of the restaurant. All in all it was a good experience.

We tried Tachos, Jalapeño poppers, Torta with Vegan Al pastor, Veggie Tacos, Spicy Strawberry Margarita. They gave side sauces - Chipotle Pineapple sauce, Verde sauce, Spicy garlic sauce. The Chipotle Pineapple sauce has the smoky flavor. The verde sauce and spicy garlic sauce are the highlights. We found the tachos to be rather bland and lacking in flavor. The cheese topping on the tachos was not warm. Those poppers were amazing! Hot, cheesy, crispy, and we loved them. The vegan al pastor in the torta was generously filled. I did find the plant-based meat to be a little dry. Overall, it was flavorful. The veggie tacos were generously loaded with vegetables; the portion size was ample, but the taste was somewhat bland. We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the beach view from the dining area was absolutely stunning. The overall quality of the food was good, making for an enjoyable meal. However, we would love to see more variety in salsas and dips, as well as an improvement in the flavors of the dishes. While the food was decent, it lacked the authentic taste of the Mexican cuisine we’ve enjoyed in Mexico. Enhancing the depth and richness of flavors would make the dining experience even better.

I ordered crunchy tacos and the chimichanga. The difference is that my food was with the vegetarian meat (chicken) option. Normally I wouldn't eat fake meat, but I wanted to try it. The chimicanga was super good. I would definitely order this again. The guacamole outstanding, the black beans (my fav) also amazing, and the chimiganga itself, with the fake meat, was really tasty. I will definitely be ordering the chimicanga again! However, the tacos were okay. They were nothing special probably because of the fake meat. I bet there real chicken or beef tacos are really good. ALSO, their salsas (green and red-orange) were so good!! Spicy, but not overly hot.

Food was good. Service was easily the worst service I’ve ever had. Went there on a Wednesday around 4-5, it was not busy and there were multiple servers on the floor. Our server was Persia. She took our order and that was really the last of our verbal interaction with her. Never got water and couldn’t grab her attention to do so. Had to go to the bar to get it ourselves. Our friends were in the booth behind us and she did the same thing to them. She dropped the food off without a word and walked away immediately. Still couldn’t get her attention whatsoever so we did end up asking a different server for hot sauce. We all paid our individual bills. We all tipped the basic 20% due to mediocre service and we left. The last of our group is leaving, walking up to me as I’m standing on the middle of the outdoor patio area waiting for her and Persia literally RAN after her and raised her voice to the point in which EVERYONE eating outside and on the immediately sidewalk could hear. She started getting in my friends face(who is a very meek, quiet, and passive person) and was demanding to “know why she didn’t tip her. There was nothing wrong with her service” and wouldn’t even allow my friend to speak. I interjected, stated that she HAD left a tip and it was underneath the pad that the check was on. We all have worked or work in the service industry so when tipping cash we do this so it isn’t taken when people walk by. There was no apology or backtracking, instead she STORMED OFF as soon as I said that, went up to the table, and grabbed the tip that was left...

My work crew and I are regulars at this bar/restaurant and this is the first time that I am truly disappointed in their services. Our group typically sits at the bar on the second level of the rest/ bar. One of the waitresses brought it to my attention that I dropped my passport card and handed back to me. I later noticed that the same pocket my passport fell out is also the pocket I had my ear pods in. When my small group left the restaurant I immediately turned around and noticed that my ear pod were missing. When checking the last location of showed that they were still in the bar so I asked the waitress with black hair pulled back in a pony tail that found my passport if she had my ear pods and she stated she did not. Which was clearly a lie because when I checked the location on my phone it shows that they were still in this bar. The bar was pretty empty when we left so the only reasonable answer is one of these staff members stole my ear pods. I even informed the Caucasian waitress with the black hair and that gave me my passport that my ear pods are still pinging from this restaurant and she continued to tell me she had no idea where they were. Seeing as we are reoccurring customers it’s pretty sad that these staff members would stoop to this level. To steal a customers earpods. My clinic staff and I will no longer be giving this restaurant our business and will be letting all our friends and family know of the situation that...
