The good: Beautiful creek, quiet, nobody else there, paths are a range of DIY ruins (which I like), nice foot bridges at Eastern end of paths

The bad: Steep / slippery / muddy, not for the less nimble, no open spaces / views / sun, homeless encampment under bridge at W end of path
