Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Seattle

Today I ordered a Large and Medium milkshake on the app, and I attached a screenshot of how many FL OZ I should have gotten. When I got to the store to pick up my order I asked the women working there if these were a medium and large drinks? she replied yes to my question, and when I opened up my bag the medium looked like a small and the Large looked like a medium, But to support my clam i decided to weight them on my food scale to make sure I wasn’t being pushy and to my surprise I was right. I never had a problem with this location giving me the wrong sizes and amount I paid for, but the last 2-4 visits I came here I had this same problem. I’m not sure if they’re actually out of stock of their Large 32oz cups but is been a pattern I’ve noticed. The milkshake was still good, but if I’m paying for the large or a medium option I should get what I’m paying for. I don’t know if I’ll continue my business with this company unless they fix or change this...

Just visited this Baskin Robbins. Staff member was sweeping the store and immediately went to serve us ice cream without washing her hands. Upon asking the employee if she was going to wash her hands before serving us, she was visibly upset. I asked if she was okay and she said “No I am not because I want you to leave my store so we can clean!” in an extremely loud voice. This took place on 1/20/23 at 7:37 pm. The store does not close until 8 pm. The employee said her name was “Kaity” but I think this may have been fabricated as she had clear hesitation in her voice. She was the only female employee working at this time at this location. If you are concerned at all about sanitation, I would stay away! Would give zero stars if I could. Walked in at 6:30 on an 80 degree Sunday. Sign clearly says open until 7pm posted on the door. As my wife and I walk in we are greeted and told they are closing in 15 minutes. Ok that’s plenty of time for a milkshake. Nope, the staff says it’s policy that no drinks are made in the last 15 minutes of them being open. We say well aren’t you open until 7pm? Ya not today we have to clean out a cooler that’s not working properly. I’m sorry is that not something that can be done after being closed or do the owners not want to pay you? Sounds like lazy staff not wanting to clean a shaker and wipe down the shake machine....
