This is the Terminal 105 park. I had to double check but yes. I love this park. A great spot to bring your lunch and take a break from the chaos of the city. Whether you want to watch the boat traffic or prefer wildlife you won't be disappointed. Eagles, Ospreys, Herons and Kingfishers are just a few of the birds you can expect to see. Watch the water and Muskrat, Beaver, Otter and Harbor Seals aren't unusual sights. There is a spot here for launching canoes, kayaks and other small vessels. High tide is best for this and I have on many occasions had curious seals swim up to within a few feet...

I visited 8/20/2023 at 1PM for fishing. I saw salmon jumping on the other side. Salmon seemed to be very far away and not reachable by casting. There is a very high fishing pier (probably 30 ft of elevation above the water). Multiple people were fishing approximately 7 people. A group of 4 people told me they weren't able to catch much. I wasn't able to verify this information, but the other 3 people including me spent 2 hours trying to catch fish unsuccessfully. We tried both from the pier and...

A miniature park that sports a covered picnic table and a pier. There is a hand boat launch for small water craft. The park has views of Mount Rainier and is a fun place to watch industrial river traffic such as barges and tugboats.

The parking is extremely limited.

Be aware that the duwamish river has a history of high toxicity which may or may not still be present in the mud on the shore.
