It's definitely not a smash burger. Which it claims to be. They put the whole burger in a press or something but the patties are not smashed. They looked and tasted almost identical to a McDonald's burger but for 3x the price. The fries were also probably frozen or something. Can't expect much out of a food stand I guess. We happened to see this one open in West Seattle and are so excited it is open again and this time even closer to us! The food is as great as before, if not better.
