I can’t speak highly enough of Ryan at Reed and Sons. Since the moment I walked into the store for the first time, he took the best care of me and my girlfriend. He listened to us and was able to walk us through the entire custom ring making process and he made it all crystal clear what the cost would be and the timeline of the project would look like. I was able to email back and forth with him very consistently and he answered all of my questions as fast as I sent them basically. I gave him a list of all the things I wanted in the engagement ring and he took those requests and created the most beautiful and perfect ring for my soon to be fiancé. He was up front and honest the entire time about pricing and delivered the ring in the exact timeline promised. This is truly an amazing jewelry store and I can't recommend it highly enough! On a Friday evening I majorly bent a prong on my wedding ring by accidentally smacking it on a refrigerator. The next morning I set out to find a jeweler to fix it. I went to three different jewelry stores but none of them had a jeweler in house that could look at it and they seemed very pessimistic that the prong could be saved. Thankfully, I decided to drive to Sedalia to Reed & Sons where a jeweler fixed my ring in a matter of minutes without breaking or cracking the prong and then he proceeded to tell me there was absolutely no charge and that he had fun fixing it since it was such a challenge.
