Bandanas Bar-B-Q and Catering — Restaurant in Sedalia

We do love Bandana's, the amount of restaurants in close proximity to our home has decreased by 2 so now when we want those delicious smoked BBQ Ribs we are forced to the Sedalia location, it's a great problem to have, the Sedalia location was/is our favorite. The staff is continually changing due to being a Community College Town, and the management crew has almost totally turned over. However, the owners know how to pick the right people for the positions needed. Although we have had a few (misses) at this restaurant this The hits far outweigh the misses, managers to frequent (table touches), and fix any misses we may bring to their attention.

We have mostly had fast service and attentive service at this establishment and will continue to visit, to exchange our hard earned cash for their smoked meat selection.

Added bonus if you read this entire review. You will know if you get to our favorite Bandana's early enough each night the have a limited amount of servings, of Burnt Ends, not mentioned...

The food at the restaurant is tasty, however they are very fraudulent in their billing practices, as far as using your credit card and Bandanas willl be quick to be dishonest about fulfilling food orders put inside your bag and will not honor nor accommodate you in no way what-so-ever for their mistakes. Basically, my.card was billed for more money the initial day than the actual date when I picked up the same exact order (which was how I realized thatIthat had been overchaarged) I ordered the exact same order yesterday, and was billed for a higher amount today, and not only did they not accommodate me or fix their mistake by accommodating me for the fries that they never added to my bag in which I paid for, they couldn't explain why my order washigher today than yesterday, for the same exact order I placed yesterday, and I showed them my bank statement to confirm.

The first time I ordered a pound of brisket it was cut in thin slices with little fat on it. It was great. But this time I ordered 3 pounds with two orders of fries and was not happy. Big thick chunks with a lot of fat and this time it was so tough my dad had a hard time eating it. He just gave up. I felted bad for him. Because he really wanted bar-b-q. We're new to Sedalia. It was so nice and tender the first time with a great smoky flavor the first time. The 2 orders of fries was really just one order if that. I wish I would have check the order before I left. Just don't understand it was so great the first time. The guy that waited on me the first was friendly and so nice. The second time the girl was just ok. A lot of money not to be happy and still be hungry. I want to add. They reached out to me Apologized. They care about what you think. Awesome...
