Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sedalia

Im gonna start this with the girl who answered the phone was sweet and apologized many times for the situation and i know this is not on her at all and this is not aimed towards her. (Im sorry i didnt get her name) but My Fiance and i just moved same day we online ordered a pizza cause it was quick and easy and we have yet to get groceries or have anyway of cooking. When we got our food it didnt come with any sauce that we ordered with it so we called the store and let them know and they said we could either come pick up the sauce or call a different number for a refund. Both of us are tired and just need something to eat while unpacking and moving and asked if they could just drop it off and we would have even met the delivery guy outside. They were like no its only those 2 options. We paided for the sauces and would have liked them with the original order delivery, but one of us ended going to the store and picking up the sauce cause to the fact we would have had to write down a different phone number and call to try to get a refund is ridiculous. On top of that the crazy cheese bites where burnt. This is not a good starting point and we love their pizzas and food in general but this store just...

Used their online option for an order pick up for 2 pizzas, brownie, and crazy bread with sauce since I live 30 minutes away and asked my husband to pick it up while he was in town on another matter. Upon arriving home I noticed we were missing our Brownie that I ordered and he stated it was not in the portal. I immediately called the store and informed them. The worker on the phone stated I had to speak to a manager. I could hear her call for the manager and could hear her tell the manager that I was missing the brownies for which she told her worker to tell me to just have her come back. When I stated I was not driving a round trip of an hour (30 minutes each direction) for a brownie I just wanted a refund I was rudely informed that she wouldn't or couldn't do that and I had to call in the morning to speak to the higher manager Drake. The manager on duty refused to speak to me on the phone even though I could clearly hear everything she was telling the worker...

Was told a 20 minute wait, i was fine with that, 35 minutes later my order was just going in the oven... Ordered a new stuffed pretzel crust pizza and only got a pretzel crust, the other two pizza's that were orded were supposed to have extra sauce on them and they were dry as card board and kinda tasted like it too.. Had to stand int he lobby and wait 15 minutes listening to off duty workers and current working employees complain how they jave been shorted a complete pay check or more in the last month and a half and one employee say that only had veen paid 1000 dollars in 3 months worth of working... Not sure what is going on but the Sedalia Mo little Caesars needs a major overhaul of employees and management since they cant get pizza orders right and apparently pay their employees on time or what they are owed! Now i lnow why it's been 5 months since my family and i orderd food...
