I brought my MacBook to this tech service, and my experience was extremely disappointing. They charged me $70 upfront just for a diagnostic, which I accepted. However, they kept my device for over a month and a half without providing any updates or contacting me about the status. In the end, they told me they could not fix the issue.

What made things worse is that I had to go there myself to ask about my MacBook no one reached out to me. When I showed up, they tried to charge me the $70 again, forgetting they had already collected it the first time. On top of that, I noticed that one of the screws on the back of my MacBook was missing. When I asked them about it, they couldn’t give me an answer.

Overall, this service feels unprofessional and careless. They seem comfortable charging customers diagnostic fees, but they don’t take responsibility for communication, keeping track of charges, or even returning a device in the same condition it was brought in. I had an outstanding experience here today. I've had a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G for a little over 3 years now. Eventually though, the phone would no longer allow me to charge it through the USB port.

I called Tech Fixers yesterday and within 24 hours, I had a new USB port and a new battery for just under $100. I can now use Android Auto again, and I couldn't be happier to be able to use my phone for a bit longer. I'm definitely going to them the next time I have a tech issue.

The detail in which they are willing to describe tech repair is very comforting and interesting. They were even willing to show me my old parts, which made me feel very well taken care of.
