We have been going here at least once a week since they've been open. My son absolutely loves their oolong milk tea & mini pearls. I've had a few other drinks from them that I've liked. There's a couple girls who have been working there for years that give the best service, knows me and what I order every time I go, but on several occasions, they take a while (longer than any other boba place, and we go to many) to make our drink. I give them grace because I know many of them are newer. They are the only boba place we go to that has mini pearls (my son's fave) so we keep going, even though it takes forever sometimes, bc my son thinks it's worth the wait. Well, I will say, after today, I will NOT be returning. No drink, that should take a couple minutes to make, should take 30 minutes! That's just an absurd amount of time to wait for a drink! I get food faster than that! And when I went to ask about my drink, after waiting 30 minutes, I didnt even get so much as an apology. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Kung Fu tea & Happy Lemon are nearby, excellent service, and their drinks are delicious! Edited to add: we couldn't resist and have been back because as I said before, my son's favorite, and I get him his choice for rewards when he does good. Their service has improved and we get our drink in a timely manner. There's only 1 worker we recognize who has been there for years and is amazing and gives awesome service every time and we love to see her when...
Read moreLiterally the rudest and worst Sharetea location ever. I asked for a pineapple tea which is something I’ve always gotten. It’s the ONLY thing I get from Sharetea actually because they do it best. With this being a new location, I knew that they wouldn’t know how to do it because it’s not on the menu but I also knew that they had the pineapple to make it. So I asked for the Hawaii Fruit tea (which has that pineapple syrup in it) and asked them to just not add the other fruit syrups. The cashier not only flat out REFUSED but sighed, rolled her eyes, AND raised her voice. She claimed she would “lose her job” if she made my pineapple tea or just made the Hawaii tea without the syrups. I can’t even imagine how much more she would’ve lost her mind if I told her I didn’t want aiyu jelly in my tea.
After her little fit, I asked to speak to a manager. She goes well “I don’t know any of their numbers and no one is here” and pointed at the door with this email instead.
Disappointing is an understatement. I drove past other boba locations SPECIFICALLY to get to this Sharetea location. And THIS is the treatment I got. I suppose next time I’ll save my money for places that will...
Read moreI hadn’t stopped by Sharetea in quite some time, but after picking my daughter up from school she said she was in the mood for Sharetea. We stopped in and picked up drinks for our family. My daughter and I got our usual and my husband opted for trying a mojito. I ordered the mojito with light ice, and when we received our drinks I noticed right away that the mojito in our cup was not filled to the top. I let the lady behind the counter know and she told me it was because I had requested light ice, but I believe there is just too much room in the cup. There was also a language barrier so I didn’t want to push, but I don’t believe I received what I paid for. In the past we have always asked for our teas to have light ice and I have never received a cup that appears to be half full. I took pictures of the drink as soon as we got into our vehicle from Sharetea and then I took the last picture as soon as we got home and this experience is just not sitting...
