The H. Ric Luhrs performing arts center is a great facility with excellent staff. I'd never been inside before, an usher noticed my wide eyed stare and directed me to the correct seat with a smile. The restroom I used was very clean, although it had a line to wait, but that moved quickly and I was back in my seat in plenty of time. We had tickets for an 'Evening with Larry the Cable Guy' (a gift from my brother-in-law (Thanks, Drew!!) The opening comedian was a complete turn-off and almost ruined the show for me. I would have rated the show a solid 7, but due to the opener, I would say it was a 5 at best. LTGG was funny, he did tell a few jokes that he had to check to see if the mic was working, but for the most part, his part of the show at least made me smile. Read moreI went here to see the band CHICHAGO, there wasn't a bad seat in this place! After having a stroke some years back seating and steps can be an issue, that was Not case here! I go to a lot of concerts and this place is by far the most handicap and staff friendly During the brief intermission I had to take a heart medicine and line was so long, so i went up and asked the young girl if i could just get a cup that I could get water from the bathroom in order to keep the line moving... i offered to pay for a cup as i didn't want to get her into trouble, instead she gave me soda coke and said don't worry about it honey ! That I will never forget! Given the opportunity to attend another event here I most definitely will! So if you get the chance to attend any event here take it! I think there's a Christmas play coming up I'd like...

The lot is clearly marked with arrows, which shows you the direction you are to go in and to pull forward into. The second point of interest would be that the venue was well cooled inside and did not feel stuffy at all. On a very warm day and in jeans, I never got hot. Lastly, if you're looking to buy a beer here, it will cost 6 dollars for a 12oz and they do except cash or card. Side note,...
