I chose to throw my baby's first year birthday here it was a horrible mistake... As I usually always do plan ahead I made sure to call the facility and speak with someone and ask if it was okay for me to have something to be able to heat up our food such as candle Warmers or a griddle I was told "yes, its ok there's a plug-in in the room"... Due to traffic and balloon Arch we got there just a few minutes late, The party host that was supposed to help unload the things and take it to the room helped unload one cart and stayed in the room with my children until she noticed we were still getting things down she finally went to go help with the rest, We plugged in our griddle to start heating up some food as we set up the room and she let us know that there was a $11 fee to do that I guess, We said okay to the fee it and thought it was still okay....We were under the impression that we would have a party host with us during our 2 hour stay, As I mentioned before we were delayed but everything was going well until the The manager along with 3 other workers came storming in the room all angry and rude telling us we could not grill in the room! She would charge a fee, to unplug the griddle and that we could not have anything to heat up the food in the room...so I tried to explain to her that I had been called weeks ahead of time and asked before I did bring any of that because I like to ask before i do anywhere i plan a party! I then apologized and told her we would turn off the griddle. She told me if I needed to heat up food they had a microwave but she said it in such a rude way and it felt more like she wanted to kick us out instead The way she came at us. She then came back and told the party host that she needed to hurry up with the jumpers because it was interfering with the time schedule which I understand but she was still rude when she came to say that. It wasn't much longer after that we no longer seen the party host she had disappeared. As it was time to go we made sure to leave the room Better than how it was left because when I got there it was a bit of a mess And we left the room spotless! My husband went up to the Front desk to pay for the extra fee come to find out she had charged those fee double On top of that I had paid for 18 jumpers and only had about 13 or 14 jumpers that made it to the birthday I was not told that I had space for extra jumpers if they wanted to jump there was no discount for that or anything they could do or adjust to fix it! I asked how that worked and they said there was no refund on the extra jumpers that I had already paid for. It would have been nice for the party host to have been there as she should have and let us know that there was still room for more jumpers in other words for parents to go and jump w their child. Overall the experience was horrible !! We did not mind paying the money to host a birthday there but the fact that the staff was rude and not available to us as they should have was just Disappointing, The staff lacks a lot of attention too Anyone who goes there And the management has no type of courtesy to Make statements in a proper manner!!! my child was playing dodgeball And a little girl that got mad said that she was going to "kill them" (i didn't see her parents anywhere) , As we were in the tunnel with my 1-year-old baby Some kids were going crazy running around and I put my hand to block my baby from being Stampeded. The parent had the Audacity to say "don't touch my baby" and I know for a fact he saw that that his kid was about to step all on my baby so not only is the staff lacking but also the rest of the parents who go there and just let their kids do as they want and say as they want it's just horrible all over !!! so if you go please be there with your kids and don't leave them unattended which is very clear on the signs that no kid shall be left unattended all kids need to be with their parents and...
Read moreMy daughter and I have both enjoyed this place , frequently over the past year. We decided to have her Bday party here. So glad I was able to be there, because it could have been a pretty bad experience. Beyond the price for a party room that includes very little to speak of being quite a rip off, there is a particularly rude female employee that seemed to enjoy getting off on customers that had any type of dissatisfaction or even just requesting some clarification. I really don't appreciate an employee of any place that has the type of attitude where you can easily tell they enjoy pointing out "policy" in a demeaning way. You don't talk to your customers that way. Their equipment isn't regularly maintained by anyone who actually knows or cares about trampolines, as evidenced by missing springs in multiple places. Theres loose bolts (bare metal)hanging out about 3/4 of an inch right about head level for a 2 to 5 year old on their older jungle gym attraction. Sometimes the people that are like trampoline life guards are a bit over zealous in their rule enforcement. "No you can't jump from that side!" And "kid give me that ball it goes in the dodgeball area only" lol. Was fun while it lasted but we can have fun anywhere and mostly cause the rude freckled manager and her stinky attitude is why we will...
Read moreWe visited this park with our 9 yr old son. He loves to play dodgeball with the other kids there. This visit there was a smaller child in the dodgeball court running around and jumping, not playing dodgeball. My son was playing and tried to hit another older kid and accidentally hit the younger one. My son was approached by the staff member and told he needed to leave the court. He immediately came to us and said he wanted to leave. He was very upset. We had been there less than an hour but paid for two. We were told no refunds were available. We were given a card with the EMAIL address of the manager. Apparently they are unavailable. They leave high school children in charge of the facility. On the way home my son cried because they made him feel that he did something wrong. I'm not sure why the young child wasn't redirected to an area more appropriate for them to play or why my son was singled out. We will not be going back to this facility. Altitude is the way to go.
Obviously you don't take the safety of ALL your guests VERY seriously or a small child wouldn't be allowed to jump and play in the dodgeball court with the older kids who are actively involved in the game. You accommodate SOME of your guests at the...
