The customer service that my family and I received from more so, our waitress, but out interactions with a couple of other staff members as well on yesterday was completely unwarranted and unappreciated that they NEVER have to worry about us setting foot in their establishment again. My son picked up on the attitude right away but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she was just having a bad day, I was so wrong. When we placed our orders, I asked for 2 alcoholic beverages and asked that 1 be made for me to take home as I wanted the pleasure of enjoying one at home after a long day's work and enjoying family time. I wanted one frozen and one on the rocks. The waitress seemed to be unsure if I could take an alcoholic beverage to go. I ordered a pasta for my meal and asked that extra sauce be added so that my pasta would not be dry. I would have thought she would have bothered to inquire about taking beverages to go and ask which drink I wanted to go before taking it upon herself to decide for me but no. Seems that was too much like right. About 15 minutes goes by and the waitress returns with the frozen drink. She seemed to get agitated when I informed her that I wanted the frozen drink to go and question me, Mistake 1. Another 15-20 minutes go by and our order is brought out by other staff members. I asked the gentleman that brought our food out could he bring out a little more sauce for my pasta because it was somewhat dry. The gentleman responded affirmatively never to return. After waiting another 15 minutes to see if he'd return with the requested extra sauce, I had to get the attention of another employee to request a manager as our waitress repeatedly walked past our table constantly checking on her other tables but completely ignoring our party, Mistakes 2-4. After realizing that a manager had been requested our waitress Trinity asked if there was something she could assist with....REALLY! I truly had to work extra hard to remain composed at this point. By now I've observed for quite some time how bubbly the waitress with the other patrons she's servicing and how dry and simple she was with our party from the moment she walked over to our table and before a word was ever spoken. At this point, I'm feeling like she stereotyped our party before even bothering to see what was really there and I'm pissed because we deserved so much better service than that. I felt like management brushed the situation off with little to no consideration or deeper thought to the situation abd that's fine. I have NO problem taking my money elsewhere. Before leaving, I was informed that this behavior has been seen before by this waitress and others at times. These are the faces of the people that represent Outback....WOW!!! I AM SO GOOD AND SO SORRY FOR EVERY SINGLE CENT THAT I HAVE SPENT WITH THEIR ESTABLISHMENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEARS. We live and we learn. However, I would like to add that the Bloomin' shrimp was great!
This is an update to my original post. On Feb 25th. 2005 my uncle took me to dinner here. PEOPLE, I have got to tell you...everything was absolutely superb from the service, to the meal, to the drinks. I was so impressed, satisfied and content. I ordered the Toowoomba Salmon, a bloomin onion and had 2 raspberry Martinis. I refused to drink more than 2, they were just that good. Our servicing associate Erin was absolutely great, I really enjoyed having her as our server....and bartender because she even made our drinks. The cook, Gomez, DID HIS THING Y'ALL. He is there Thursday-Saturday...GO LET HIM COOK FOR YOU. The way he presented that meal let me know he truly enjoys what he does....and you know I had to meet him. I needed to know who the person was that made such a marvelous dish. The manager on duty that night, Timmy, had a pleasant interaction with him as well. Am so loving the new staff, that being said... After my last experience at outback, I swore they'd NEVER get anymore of my money, I so lied. Although my uncle paid for this meal, I can assure you that I'll be...

Read more0 stars. I’ve been to the same location twice within the last two weeks. I came on Valentine’s Day but I ordered it for pick up because I already knew it was going to be packed. However, even with that knowledge in mind that on Valentine’s Day it was going to be packed it didn’t seem like Outback prepared for that. Your employees did not direct your customers on where to go or where to park due to the overcrowding. I was literally told that they had no answer. I appreciate the honesty, and I told them that, but it was very inconvenient and then my pick up order said it was gonna be ready within about 20 or 30 minutes. I sat there for over an hour for a pick up order. They bring the food out and I say thank you and I check my bag. My Queensland pasta was lukewarm. I even asked for extra Alfredo sauce on the side in a cup. Tell me why it looks like they just gave me a splash of sauce just enough to cover the bottom. It wasn’t even filled halfway. That is ridiculous. The Blooming Onions were soggy like they had been sitting out for a bit and then was plated. That was just my first experience at this location as of recent. Then I placed an order this week for pick up again and the wait wasn’t as long this time which I appreciate. I once again order the Queensland pasta and ordered the new Kingsland pasta. I again ordered for extra Alfredo sauce on the side for both, they did not even fill the cups halfway. I have no issue paying for extras, but there was nowhere on the site where it accepts payment for extra sauce. It looks like they just poured a splash in there. The steak on the Kingsland Pasta was to be cooked at medium rare because it was already anticipated that if I set it for a degree higher, it would be over cooked, still the steak was over cooked to about medium well to well-done. Come on, that is insane that I prepared for your mistakes and it still wasn’t done right. I didn’t order the blooming onions this time because I didn’t want to be disappointed, but that still happened. I have spent a lot of money in the past two weeks with outback, about less than $200. The first time I went I spent my actual money, the second time was when a friend gave me a gift card for Outback. That is a lot of money for food that should’ve been prepared right the first time. What sucks is that I still have money on my gift card with outback but I don’t want to go back if y’all are going to keep messing up my food.
Edit: to the person who replied to my review, I already have and have sent pictures as well, no one has contacted...
