Midsouth Distributing USA, Inc — Attraction in Shreveport

I ordered a part for my Whirlpool oven online with a very nice and polite sales agent. The part arrived two days later, but it turned out the part was not what I really needed (my fault, as it is a bit difficult to determine from all the sites out there exactly what I needed... I actually needed the mother board behind the control panel, and I thought the mother board was included. It is not discontinued). I called Midsouth and they understood my predicament and agreed to let me return the part, which was not inexpensive. I was even allowed to return it to the local store in my town instead of having to ship it. I went in to the Shreveport store and the guys were most jovial and helped me immediately with the return....

These Cons beat me pretty bad on some cash so I bought a heater element from them they claim its OEM and hit me a little under $110 USD sounded a little high but I figured its OEM maybe freight and conveienece, right? ... WRONG!!! for starters they would not refund me my money because its electric nor were they accurate in the description of OEM and as far as price goes for the model they sold me on eBay with free shipping two to three day transit anywhere from $18-$37 USD! I currently have mine listed on eBay $40 USD I keep you posted on the sale of this item. This is my second experience with this store and neither have been pleasant in fact I feel robbed......

Ordered a part for my dryer and was told it would be in within 3-5 business days. Part did not come in when promised. Staff at the store could give me no updates. Finally, when I come in asking for a refund they 'magically' have a status update on my order. Ordered the part online, saved myself the hassle. Was made to pay a restocking fee on a part I never recieved. I do not feel a restocking fee was warranted when I was promised a part by a certain time, never got it and I have to pay a percentage out of my refund. Absolutely bad customer service. I feel like your company treats the individual worse than they do the companies who buy...
