After four long years, Jan 2021 to this month, searching for our lost box of 23 VHS tapes I shipped off to be digitized we have them back. They spanned 15 years from our wedding in April 1985 and included precious memories of children and family. Charlie's thoughtful act of reaching out to us has brought immense joy to our family. Staff found our box of tapes in a pallet of unclaimed goods they purchased at auction and took the time to call us after finding our contact information inside. I have shopped here for years, never had to return anything until today and let me say what a head ache! First off even if it's within the return period and you have your receipt, they will still only give store credit. I had no idea about that, maybe it is posted somewhere and I have not noticed it. But now that I know, I definitely won't be buying any large or very expensive items here. I also had to wait forever to get the store credit because the poor cashier didn't have any credit slips and had to wait for someone to bring some.

I had the "privilege " of meeting the owner one day and I must say she was not very friendly at all. One of the staff members introduced me to her as "one of our regular customers" and she.
