Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sikeston

The last experience I had with Pizza Hut was God awful. Placed an order and they said it would be delivered in about 25-30 mins. Next thing you know, I get a call back saying they can't deliver to that address. So we then drove to meet up with them to get the order and get home and it's the wrong order. I called the manager to let him know about the frustration over delivery that I was charged for, then going to meet the driver and get home and the order wasn't right. The manager HUNG up on me. Never got a call back, an apology,...nothing. Now this today,.... We used to love Pizza Hut years ago but it seems as every time we try it anymore, there's always a problem. Tonite we called and placed an order that came to 35 and change. Go to pick it up and they're telling us they don't have change for $100. Now I understand, drivers don't carry much with them but I know for a fact that the store had $60. So, I guess they ate that $35 order. Being as we have 2 generations in this family that used to manage Pizza Huts, we know what's going on. Never...

For the second time our order has been either ignored or wrong! In our first order my husband was ignored and then recognized and the order had to be made. Just now we ordered cheese sticks, paid came back to get the order at the drive thru! We got BREAD STICKS not CHEESE STICKS the receipt that was on our order showed where a lady had ordered a pizza, an order of BREADSTICKS and a Dr Pepper! Clearly not our order! Well I just was on the phone with pizza ht trying to place my order and 2 gentleman got on the phone and ask for my order then put me on hold without taking orders I asked what the specials were he say single cinnabunn double and triple I.
