I ordered tickets online for my husband, my 1 year old daughter, and myself to go see the premiere of Cruella on May 28th. When I ordered the tickets online, there was no mention about children not being able to go to see any movies. When we arrive, however, as my husband is waiting in line for concessions, we are approached by an employee. Employee asks how old our daughter is and when we respond with 1 they ask what movie we are there to see. When we say Cruella we are informed that 3 and under are not allowed to go into any cinemas that are rated over pg13 after 6pm. Frustrated, as I had not been to the movies in over 2 years and this is a DISNEY movie that my family was going to see, I simply ask for a refund. After I left, I went back online to make sure that I did not miss that part on the website when I was ordering and could not find it anywhere. Two adults tickets were $16.82 bought online. When my refund came through today, I was only refunded $13.10. I want the rest of my refund. I am not happy about...
Read moreVery rude management, I was patiently waiting for mayo, not once did I say anything to any employee/s except when I ordered & I was very polite with it all & the same with the employee. I stepped aside, the manager came to me slammed my mayo cup on counter & told me over herto never talk to her employees like that ever again, as I said ... I not once speak to anyone as I stood there patiently awaiting, so I'm shocked how she raised her voice at me in front of everyone, I was very upset cause I was in no wrong, I tried to stop her so I can see what was going on but she stormed off. Read moreFirst time I’ve been back to this theater in 2.5 to 3 years, unfortunately to the rudeness of the patrons watching the last show. Fast forward to tonight, same thing, except the rude patrons were warned before the show, and given two more warnings during the show. At what point do you just remove disruptive patrons? The constant warnings from management without actions are just as disruptive as the patrons that never stopped talking, making noises, cussing and moving all over the theater. I’m sure someone would be willing to watch movies for free to be your eyes and ears, or just refund all the non-disruptive patrons. Just wish our hometown theater...
