Supermercado La Michoacana — Attraction in Siloam Springs

I love this place! Meats are fresh and I absolutely LOVE their carnitas on the weekends. The owners are great people. The original owners sold the business recently but it looks like it's in good hands to me.

I don't understand what Richard Myers is trying to point out by posting public information that anyone can find online. I own an establishment and trust me, the inspectors ALWAYS find something to mark down. Every establishment in this city and every where else has inspection problems on their records. For God's sake even Hunger and Thirst Ministries in Siloam has more than this place. They are usually fixed right away. What you should be worried about is when the place is shut down due to multiple uncorrected inspection violations. This place used to be great, in the past year since there are new workers, it’s went downhill. A few months ago we bought Mexican crema and it was old, then we bought salsa, it was so watery and had no flavor. Today we spent $45 on meat and wings and it was terrible, it seems like the meat and wings were old, like they were selling meat from months ago. This place is not why it used to be. I do NOT recommend buying any salsa or meat from this place. Save your money and go...

The new owners are very nice. Store is Stocked, organized and very clean. Juan has great customer service. Definitely worth the drive for great meat and more. Specially on the weekend when they have the best Carnitas...
