Furniture City, Slidell — Attraction in Slidell

Definitely, by far, the easiest shopping experience for furniture. We have been shopping for months for furniture and have been to dozens of furniture stores from one side of the Mississippi Gulf Coast to the other side of Slidell. We decided to stop into Furniture City today after I found them on Google maps. When we walked in, we were greeted and offered help if any was needed. The sales representative was very polite and quickly answered any questions we had. We were in and out within 30 minutes AND had same day delivery for our furniture. Our furniture was delivered two hours after we paid for it today. The guys who delivered it were very professional and polite, and they even set our furniture up for us (we made sure to give them each a nice tip also!) I also want to add: the furniture set we purchased here was the same set we were interested in at a previous store we had just visited. Same furniture, same brand, same color, same everything-- for less money. Their delivery fee was also cheaper than others. We were very impressed with the overall service and same day delivery. It was about a two hour drive on Mother’s Day from Mississippi. Went to every furniture store that you could think of, every one of them. Absolutely none of them compare to Furniture City of Slidell. My wife got on the phone with Moe and he was just as nice and customer oriented in person as he was on the phone. Definitely not a pushy sales approach, he takes his time and gets you exactly what you’re looking for. If they packed up and relocated another 5 hours away, we’d have to take an all day trip because my wife and I refuse to go anywhere else. Thank you again Moe, you’re awesome. Me and the wife came in to this store and spoke only with the manager “moe” he took his time with us and was very attentive to any question we had. I found the living room set that I wanted and I mentioned to him that we did go to 2 different major furniture stores in MS and seen the same product. Moe beat every other price that we had already gotten.he beat others warranty and delivered to us at home. Their service is VERY prompt, Moe is a VERY nice guy and his delivery people were very nice & respectful to us when they delivered. I gave both of the delivery guys a nice tip each.
