I spent my 49th birthday in town of less than 3k people, and it was absolutely beautiful. Quiet & serene. On my back home, Google Maps took me through Cunningham Falls Park scenic route. Smithsburg MD is a hidden gem nestled less than 1hr30mins outside of Baltimore. My stay there was beautiful. Magical. And memorable.

A great Library for Smithsburg plus the view inside the glass windows of open hills and mountainous landscape surrounding is stupendous. Sit in the benches or talk a huge walk in the park. A peaceful spot.

We love this library! A great resource for so many things. If they don't have a book, they'll help you get it from another one library. They have a great children's wing, and fun classes. Everything is in great order and the staff are very friendly...

Since there doing curbside and covid restrictions on coming in for the computer they want you to sign a waiver for screen sharing if you need help. I dont think so. I dont think i will be back. Felt unwelcome felt like more of a disease...
