People cough and sneeze all over the food, supervisors and managers sometimes don't wear gloves when they're handling product (even though they get on the staff to do so). Management doesn't care if you're hurting or injured as long as you can work, so you can't recover unless you take a lot of time off, and they don't train new employees so the crew has to do it while also keeping up with the machines.
I've been wearing my mask, went and bought wrist braces so that my wrists wouldn't get much worse, and management won't address the ergonomic issues that led to me and previous employees in my position getting injured. There's no one, aside from the line lead and supervisor, that can cover my spot, so if I do take time off it's detrimental to the rest...
