Bad experience with this place overall. Asked for a regular check up appointment, and also wanted to check for high blood pressure for the upcoming wisdom tooth extraction, insurance ended up not covering it (I paid 150$) because they described it as something else rather then yearly check up. Recommended me to go to a psychologist(i didn’t ask for psychologist but since it is usually covered by insurance I didn’t mind), they didn’t check if my insurance covers that specialist, I ended up owing 500$ for 30 min appointment, turns out it was out of network psychologist, a behavioral psychologist… The insurance didn’t cover it again. That service was misrepresented to me. Very predatory practice. Literally every other clinic will check if the insurance covers that doctor and service before scheduling. I have never paid a mental health specialist more then 50$ after the insurance, hell even without insurance. This is total scam. Definitely not...

I am very disappointed in the Swedish Primary Care location in Snoqualmie. My daughter has been having health issues for over a year and they apparently cannot figure out what is wrong, but also cannot give her anything to help her symptoms. She scheduled an appointment but the earliest they could do was several months later. This morning, I'd had enough and went to the office to get her an appointment b/c she continues to be sick. I was given an appointment, then on the way there, she gets a message that they are double booked and they are canceling her appointment. This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Are they treating her like this because she is a young person? Or is this how they treat all of their patients? We are moving to a new doctor, because I cannot support this...

Both our daughter had physicals with Dr. Nirmal as their pedestrian. We requested an iron panel including checking ferritin levels for both at different periods. Dr. Nirmal agreed and claimed she conducted them. She kept saying the results were coming. We never recieved them. Went to another doctor. At different periods. The doctors recheck their iron levels including ferritin levels after a long while of getting the run around from Dr. Nirmal. Both our daughters had extremely low ferritin levels! In addition, before the ferritin situation we went to her several times with different health concerns. She didn't listen, nor take measures to help our children. Again, later we sought help else where. She's sweet and noncombative, however not willing to set her intellect...
