As someone who has been managing multi-family communities for over 12 years and have placed numerous orders for pool furniture replacements with other distributors, this has been by far the most disappointing experience I've had with a company. The communication from their team is near non-existent. I've waited weeks to hear updates about my $20,000 order and still can't get exact information on when this order will be delivered. I've been given written dates of when the order was supposed to be received prior to October and now they can't give me any details on when this order will arrive. At one point, I went 3 weeks with no responses to emails and didn't get any response until I called and requested a call back. Definitely will not be recommending their services in the future. My ownership group isn't even confident the furniture will ever arrive....

I recently purchased a Frankford Aurora articulating umbrella through ETT Distributors and couldn’t be more pleased! The entire transaction was handled online and by telephone and their service and attention to detail was excellent. We received our shipment on time and in flawless condition, I had concerns because similar products reviewed on Amazon seemed to have significant issues with umbrellas arriving with damage or missing parts. Zero assembly was required, other than installing the in ground mount we selected. The Aurora umbrella is extremely well built and sturdy and should provide us with years of service, I am very impressed with the quality compared to the made in China Portofino umbrella...
