I went to this sonic one evening about a month ago with my boyfriend and it was complete chaos. It was around 6:00pm and when we pulled in there was maybe 3 or 4 cars there. When we tried to order our food we were told to wait they were dealing with something and would get back to us as soon as they were ready. Several other cars pulled in and got to order immediately but while the car to my right was trying to order the guy who was taking their order left his mic on and was cussing and using derogatory language. No lie....38 minutes later after it getting busy and several people pulling in and them getting to order immediately I told my boyfriend to hit the red button again. When we finally got our food the gator tots were cold and you could tell had been sitting there for awhile. The burgers we got were so sloppy and completely wrong. It was a complete nightmare and I won’t be going back to this sonic. Sonic used to be one of my favorite places to go, but never again will I visit that location. I wish I had got all of their names at that location that night but I didn’t. Who ever the manager or supervisor is at this location needs to let them all go and hire a whole new crew or really teach them how to speak and act in front of their customers. I’ve Never been to a place where the crew members were screaming at each other and cussing each other out and where all the customers could hear them. It was an absolute disappointment all around. I pre-ordered before 7pm on a sunday.
It took 25 minutes plus!
It was very sad.
I checked into a stall for my pre-order at arrival, I was than asked to pull into the drive through.
There I waited for over 25 mins. It was not busy. Only 5 other cars in front of me.
I'm sure all the staff are great, the young women, who eventural served me was nice, but not professionally trianed.
I don't know what the issue was, or why it took so long. No manager or supervisor explained or apologized.
I do know they should have not been open for business. Corporate should have closed it themselves a long time ago.
The food tasted just okay, nothing great and nothing was hot. Disappointing.
Separate note; I noticed even the stalls seamed old, needing updating or repair. The concrete walkways was filthy, stained. The whole place was dirty looking.
...and I could barely fit my vehicle (pickup truck) into an order stall.
Overall....it was a very sad experience 😢
I don't think I will ever return to any Sonic. Huge turn off.
Note: I would have pulled away and gone elsewhere, except I Pre-ordered and paid.

This location has hit its 3 strikes with me, even though they are like .2 miles from my house, I’ll never go anymore, and neither should you.
Firstly, they “never have enough employees” to have you drive up in a stall. You always have to go through the drive thru, which fine, that’s understandable. What isn’t, is the fact that no matter how many cars are in the drive thru, you need to expect to wait a minimum of 5 minutes.
Secondly, you food will be incorrect, one way or another. Not only was my burger wrong, my fries were ice cold. And to make matters worse, they use the side door to bring people who’s orders are ready before the person at the window. That’s great. Except when you finally get to the window, the ask what you ordered and when you tell them again it was a mobile order, they just reach behind them and hand it to you. So it was actually ready the whole time, and the 2 other people behind me that got their food brought out first, mine also could have been and the fries might have been lukewarm.
I could go on and on about this embarrassment of a fast food restaurant, but I’ve said too much as it is.
