I do not write reviews, but based on my most recent experience, I feel compelled to write this particular review.
Everyone has a right to their own opinion based on their own personal experience at this establishment or at any other, I will also add that sometimes reviews can make or break a business, especially in this day in age with social media where one person’s opinion with or without malice will influence and dictate the outcome of that particular business or establishment.
What people also fail to add is how we as customers speak to or treat the employees in order to get the negative response that they are so quick to write a review on or about. I am a firm believer in treating and speaking to people the way I would like to be treated and spoken to.
With that said, I would like to share my experience at this establishment.
My husband and I have been coming to Cinnabon for breakfast for about a year now, Marcela is our waitress for the most part in the morning. She is attentive, kind and friendly… She is superb!
The food here is excellent as well as the atmosphere. I like coming here because it’s not crowded and the tables are spaced out where you aren’t sitting close enough to others and can enjoy your food without being interrupted by other people’s conversations.

Read moreFirst time visiting Cinnamon Pancacke House and I believe there is a lot of potential here because the food is so delicious. We ordered breakfast and the presentation and taste are fabulous! The menu is a little pricey but worth it for the meals received, but.............. There are 3 things that would move this review from 3 to 4 or even 5 stars: I'm sure or at least hope this was an isolated incident but common practice is when a meal is served the server stops by a few minutes later to check everything is alright or for anything else that might be needed. Never happened and it took way too long to get additional service even when other servers looked at us and we were gesturing for help. It did finally happen but by another server. If there are several flies at the tables in the dinning room then the kitchen is sure to have even more. I delivered to restaurants for a couple years and know. The restrooms need to be maintained throughout the serving time, not when it's over or at the end of the day but throughout the day. IMO, if the flies are removed and the cleanliness steps up, this restaurant has lots of potential! It's certainly not at the level of Sweet Berry Cafe, Nosh or Burnt Toast but...
Read moreI was visiting my daughter and her family this past weekend. Our tradition before departing is breakfast on us before we go. We found Cinnamon Pancake House reviews on FB. Like others have stated, the outside of the building is not impressive but the inside was redone. It looks really open, clean and spaced out. The food and service was great. Food portions were hearty. The silver dollar pancakes were generous and enough to feed 2 toddlers! The French Toast platter was just as hearty and plenty to fill a growing teenager. Their breakfast tacos were very good just like everything else we ordered. Let the jokes begin or maybe not, but lets talk about their sausage. I dont know what kind of sausage they serve but they're really, really good. Definitely not the boring and skinny sausage you buy at the market. We liked them so much we ordered extra. I highly recommend this place to anyone local and or visitors in the area. Definitely plenty of space for small groups of 4. If you go early enough (before 9a) then a larger group like ours was easily accommodated but I am thinking its hit or miss on timing. We lucked out with...
